Coyotefur wandered outside the Elder's den, hobbling very slowly, as Elders often do. She hopped onto one of the many rocks and stretched her boney body out, laying down to bask in the sun. It was almost the end of Leaffall, luckily today had been quite warm but when the snow started to fall in Leafbare, Coyotefur would have to retreat into the Elder's den. Thankfully, the Elder's den was one of the warmest places in Rockclan....
( Note: Just pretend I've been in Rockclan forever now, I'm Phantom, so in a way I have! XD )

Coyotefur turned to Pantherstakler and replied slowly. "Good evening Pantherstalker. It'd be nice to have a vole." She meowed.

Pantherstalker nodded and ran to the fresh-kill pile and selected a fat vole for the elder. She ran back and placed it at her feet. "Here you go, Coyotefur."

"Thank you very much." She said gratefully, and took a bite of the vole, savoring the juicy meat for a moment and then swallowing it. Going onto a more serious note, she said. "What are the Doomclaw's current position? They attacked Iceclan less than a moon ago, did they win?"

The Doomclaw leader is dead, but a monster of a cat named thorned is still alive along with some other Doomclaws, so a draw is the best answer.

Coyotefur sighed, she had been hoping that they'd won. It seemed they hadn't, there were still Doomclaws out there. Still a threat. "At least we took their leader down. That could discourage them..." Coyotefur was trying to be optimistic, failing, but trying.
