Coalfire slept peacefully for the first time in many moons only to be disturbed by an acid smell rising all around her. She blinked her eyes open and gasped in horror. Her home was on fire! She scrambled to her paws and yowled as a beam fell in front of her, she leaped over the flames and scrambled to get out of the burning place. She screeched as the flames licked at her paws, frantic with fear she couldn't find a way out. She called out choking on smoke, "MOTHER! SUNBLAZE! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!"

(Dude The abandoned twoleg house is on fire! You need to go for help, you can't just run in!) Sucks in a breath of air but coughs smoke clogging her air ways, she calls out Sunblaze's name over and over again.

(Coalfire)She coughs and sputters crying out in pain as her flank is scorched in the flames. Once out of the house she takes a deep shuttering breath and blinks her eyes open to see Solarshine. She mews a quiet rasping whisper, "Thank you. . ." trails of into a sigh as she blacks out.

(Coalfire) Her breathing is a rasping choking type. Slow and uneven, she had inhaled too much smoke and needs a Medicine Cat.

(Coalfire) I snort and sputter coughing as the water splashed onto my face, blinking my eyes open I see four blobs of color. Blinking my eyes rapidly to clear them I look into the faces of the cats around me, instantly I knew who the ginger cat was, Sunblaze, my mother. I look at the black tom with the bright blue eyes and the gray she-cat, Risingstorm and Solarshine. I knew them from stories the cats of the forest tell when they stop by for a rest. And then I look at the bengal kittypet with amber eyes, I knew she was a kittypet for her collar.
