Darkstar laid in her damp den for the longest time, staring at nothing except the wall. She wasn't thinking of anything. There was no point in it. Being alone was enough to relax her. There was no "real time" for her to get time for herself for everyone came up to bother her when she went outside of her den. Well, they did the same when she was in her den, but at least she could hid in her. Okay, so hiding wasn't always a good thing either. What did all of this matter anyways? Obviously it didn't. Not to her. She would take the time she received and deal with the bothersome annoyances some other time. Which brought her back to the reason she was in her den. She couldn't sleep anywhere without being stepped on. She couldn't sit anywhere without being climbed on. What she had to put up with. It amazed her how well she could put up with all of the cats of this lazy excuse for a clan. Well, at least there were cats. That was one thing she was thankful for. It was much better than when she was first made leader. At that time, calling FireClan a clan was an excessive compliment.

Darkstar started grumbling to herself, but instantly composed herself so that she didn't appear to be just staring at the wall of her den. "Yes?" she asked, not really polite, but at the same time, not very mean.
