she purred, "i know its goldenrod but i was saying if you put marigold on their wounds to stop infection it wont sting as much."she smiled and helped him

*She looked back over her shoulder and ran out before he could get her.She ran towards the territory,planning to go to her hiding place*

"But....Fine..Your lucky I collected some marigold yestraday." I walked over to the pile of marigold.

*looked away and slowly got up limping she looked after foxear but decided if she went not only would solarshine kill her, foxear would be mad*

I put a but oh marigold petals with honey on them so they would taste good. "Now everyone eat at least one of these. Now since I gave you all the honey I have to collect some more...That means those bees will attack me again."

she smiled and got some honey to mix with it, "solarshine you see to sagepaw,she has deep wounds,while i mix this."she didnt want to act like a medicine cat or anything but this felt good.she mixed the poutrice together and started applying them to lionshadow

"You know I chewed that marigold." I laughed cat-like and walked over to Sage[1]fire[/I] and applied the poulituce on her wounds.

(oh didnt see you chewed them but oh well)"If you and sunblaze ever need help in here im happy to lend a paw." she finsihed with lionshadow and moved on

she looked at solarshine and a memory flashed in his mind
memory- two kits were by a light brown tabby she-cat,one kit was a dark brown tabby and the other looked like featherdawn but younger.a smaller kit that was grey(spiderpaw) was off to the side. "Mother teach us more herbs!" the she-cat was obviously trying to prepare her kits to fend for themselves.she pulled out marigold leaves "These are called marigold and they are good for preventing infection in a wound. That is the last herb you will need to know." she smiled and licked each kit and brushed muzzles with them. "I love you all more than you will ever imagine." she looked at featherdawn,featherkit then, and she knew she was closest to her only daughter."I love you too mama" all the kits said,"Brackenkit make sure to protect Featherkit and Spiderkit." Brackenkit, the dark brown tabby, nodded and suddenly rouges appeared. First the blue furred rouge spoke."We have given you enough time to leave and you havnt." she unsheathed her claws and so did the gray tom next to her. The mother of the kits shooed them away,"i love you all now run far away!" the kits nodded and ran but Brackenkit tripped and the tom rouge took him and padded away in the forest.then came back and a fight broke out,the she-cat mother was soon on the ground laying completely still covered in blood. Featherkit yowled in agony and spiderkit was too young to see and she longed to go get her brother but she carried spiderkit away and ran to the rockclan border with sadness filling her eyes.

Featherdawn looked away with grief in her eyes, "I know you saw what i saw,i can make other cats feel what i feel or see a memory sometimes.My mother Fawnpelt visits me in dreams, and latley she said i must rescue Bramblekit and dealing with herbs seems to bring happiness to me,it reminds me of her.." her eyes were filled with tears, "i have to go soon, to rescue my brother but not until dawn tommorow.I will need traveling herbs,make a second set for Spiderpaw,he is coming too."
