I looked down with sadness. "I should be in the elder's den....But I stay in camp because I have too...A medicine cat can't hunt...just for herbs...the can't fight...just fight sicknesses....You would never understand that..." I walked over and sat by another medicine cat.

Harrowingpaw felt nervous as she sat down on the outskirts of the gathering. This was her first gathering, all the scents of the different clans began filling her senses. They were so foreign to her, the scents that clung to these other cats pelts. Already she was feeling out of place, too many new things, it made her bat her paws nervously at the ground. She wondered if there was some special area she should be in the was designated for Treeclan. She looked around and saw various members of her clan members scattered among the other cats, seeming to have cliques of some sort. She would have gone and joined one of her clan mates, but since becoming an apprentice she hadn't really acquainted with anyone, never really had the muse too bother. She glanced up at the moon for a moment, it shone full and bright, highlighting the small clouds in the sky. "Lonely up there?" She whispered gently to the moon, as if it would answer.
