"Thanks starving actually." Then Dawnkit stopped and smelled around for dog. "Follow me" Dawnkit said as rushing up a tree with an injured leg she did not feel good but this was important!

Blossomkit scurried up the tree, looking nervously at Dawnkit. She didn't want Dawnkit to injure herself again. After all, climbing the tree was what had broken her leg in the first place. She made it to a branch and plunked the mouse in front of Dawnkit. "You go ahead, you can have most of it, I just had a bit of vole."

"No I'm fine now thanks a bite was all I needed." Dawnkit said then she looked downat Heatkit. Sorry about this Blossomkit I need this though picked up the mouse and threw it away the dog and Heatkit stopped wrestling with the dog and the dog ran after the mouse.

Blossomkit watched in awe. "Wow! Nice!" She wanted to yell to Bramblekit and Heatkit, but it would only startle them and it might bring the dog back. "They need to get up here." She began to climb down from the tree.

"Dawnkit, Blossomkit!" Bramblekit tells the others. "It's gone! Let's go down." She jumps down from the tree and wrinkles her nose. The rank scent of dog is still in the air even though it already left. Trying not to breathe, she waited for the other kits to follow her into the nursery.
