The leader thought about her answer, and chewed it over for a moment. It was too easy to say that, yet it was true. Wildstar waited to hear Dusty's response, so she turned her blazing stare to him.
"And you...?" she asked.

He thought about the leaders question before answering. "Well, I think if I got a good mentor I'd be the best warrior in the clan." He hoped the leader thought approvingly of his reply. His wasnt muscular and sleek like her but he knew if he stayed he could be like. Just like Wildstar and Eaglewind. The best mentor in the clan would be Wildstar so he hoped she would mentor him.

Dusty had given a very promising answer. As kits, they didn't have any muscles or experience to show. But wisdom was already showing in him. That was a good sign. And Stream was born here, and only gone for so long.
She had made her decision.
"Eat your food," she ordered.

Eaglewind knew what Wildstar's decision was but she wouldn't show it just yet. She just looked at Wildstar and said in her mind thank you.

He nodded and began to gulp down his kill thinking about if he was welcomed into the clan. Once he was trained he could hunt his own kill and serves his clan until his last breath. He would be loyal and fight by there sides. As he took a second bite he thought about the other clans. They would be rivals and he knew he would fight them. But that decision was all up to Wildstar.

He nodded as he swallowed his last bite. His ears pricked ready for her answer, he was worried but still hopeful. He braced himself but didnt show it. His tail stirred impatiently, he had waited for her answer for some times now but he wasnt going to blow this oppurtunity, one like this especially. He breathed soothingly to calm himself.

Wildstar stood up, perfectly straight, and looked at them both in the eyes; first Stream, then Dusty.
"Welcome to the clan."

His eyes were glazed with happiness. "Thank you, Wildstar. I will serve you well." He nodded in respect and looked at the entrance. His ears pricked up hearing the sounds of the busy clan, he was a part of them now. He looked pleasingly at Eaglewind then turned back to Wildstar. He wondered if this was the time to go.
