*she purred * i would come if i could *she looked down at her weak legs and saw a speck of dirt she didn't bother cleaning it off ,it would just give her more of a chance to get to go down to the sparkling blue lake and swim or at least try*

I smiled. "I know you would but I'm talking about Nightdust....she seems to like a tom here and I don't think she would come with me...maybe Risingstorm....but I think she wants to stay with her friends...not just me.." I sighed and looked back at her. "To the river we go!" I said with a tad more happiness in my voice and brought her out the den.

"I did last moon...but I could get in trouble." I carefully psuhed her in the river, but I held on to her tail and jumped in too.

*she quickly used her paws and paddled , swimming was great she was moving again and it felt good , but soon her forearms began to burn and tire and she paddled over to the shallower part of the lake and let her feet prop her body up since she was almost weightless in the water*

*she laughed * i am doing fine and this all feels very good i cant believe i haven't moved in so long!*she pumped her forearms feeling how sore they were from not moving and loving the opportunity to stretch them out *

"Mom..do you wanna try to go to the next gathering? I could carry you...I think your getting bored staying in the elder's den all the time." I asked her. "I know you haven't been to one for a long time....you could see your grandson too...he comes to alot of the gatherings.." I sighed, that was the only time he and Shreewbreaker would see each other.

I sighed in happiness. "Ok,mother." I nodded but then shurgged. "What to try to swim by yourself?" I asked her, with a weak smile on my face.

I got on land and wacthed her. He hoped this could be a cure for her. Solarshine didn't want to lose her too. I purred at her happiness, I shook the water out my long fur and it got puffy.

"What?" I put my paw on my fur. "Oh..." I started licking my fur down rapidly, lickinh everywhere I could get the puffiness away.

*she smiled and swam over to the edge of the lake for a rest her limbs were burning , she hauled herself up onto the shoreline and sat up weirdly almost like a two leg*
