Sunblaze blinked as she saw
coalfires eyes flutter open, she gave
coalfires shoulder a lick, then looked at batclaw
who was pressed against coalfire as to warm
her up "Thank you" she whispered so batclaw |

To his relief Coalfire seemed to be stirring, eventually her green eyes opened for a moment, definately a good sign. The tom was surprised by getting another thanks from the usually bad tempered Sunblaze. He really hadn't done all that much. "Your welcome. It looks like she'll be just fine." Batclaw commented in a quiet meow, still staying by Coalfire's side.

She blinked once confused slightly before curling up into Batclaw to sleep of the rest of her illness.

Sunblaze blinked again. She pelted
out into the clearing and brought back
two mice, she put one beside coalfire,
for when she woke up, then one beside
batclaw. "Im going to get some rest "
She said, relizing that coalfire was going to
be okay. "Wake me if she gets worse?"
She said, then left to the back of her den without
waiting for a reponse |

Batclaw supressed a yawn that threatened to escape, so he kept his jaws momentarily clamped shut. A orange blur rushed past him, causing his fur to become slightly ruffled which didn't bother him in the least. A few moments later a plump mouse was placed in front of him, it's mouth watering scent reaching his scent glands. "Thank-you." The warrior purred surprisingly pleased. "Yes, I'll make sure to let you know." Batclaw reassured Sunblaze, then began to chow down on his meal.

Coalfire's nose twitched as she scented the mouse. Her stomac growled hungrily as she unfurled herself and sniffed it. After a quick sniff she bit into it hungrly. It tasted delicious. Finishing it moments later she turned her head and came face to face with Batclaw. Not realizing she had slept with him beside her for quite a long period of time.

His fur became hot with embarassment as Coalfire suddenly noticed how close they had been. "Ummm... glad your better." The tom said awkwardly slowly positioning himself farther away.

She twitched her ears and mewed softly her voice clear, sounding by far better than yesterday, "I told you I would be fine." blushing with embarassment.

Batclaw gave his chest fur a few licks giving some time to regain his composure. "You were indeed right." He replied to Coalfire.

She smiled lightly still feeling tired, and with a now full stomac her eye lids began to droop. Resting her head on her paws she fell into a very light sleep. But before she did she murmured to Batclaw, "Thank you for staying here with me." (Good nite Batty, and would it kill you to post something really cute like scooting closer to Coalfire and licking the top of her head?! LOL, not to rush you that is  ) |

[-sigh- Fine.]
Batclaw soon finished his meal ending it with a contented sigh. "Your welcome." He murmured to Coalfire starting to feel drowsy. Withou thinking he shifted closer to Coalfire once again, and hesitantly gave her ear a quick lick. "Goodnight." The warrior meowed voice barely above a whisper then sucombed to sleep.

She shifted closer to him her head slumping onto his shoulder. Coalfire fell into a sweet dreamless sleep.

Sunblaze woke up slowly
blinking the sleep out of her eyes
she trugded into the main den and
saw Coalfire lying beside Batclaw, and gave
a purr of amusment when she saw
Batclaw give coalfire a lick, she left the medicine cat
den and went to look for herbs. |

Coalfire shifted slightly in her sleep unconsciously moving closer to Batclaw, her ear twitching.

I came in, not knowing they were sleeping. "Is she ok? I was in the dawn patrol." I said loudly and I looked at the two sleeping warriors. "Whoops.." he said in a wispher, he heoped he didn't wake them up.
