Eaglewind turned away. She felt horrible. She really did. Eaglewind wanted him to trust her and she wanted to trust him but he was always talking about Prairemist and Eaglewind was so confused. She looked at her reflection in the river. her face looked back at her but something was looming behind it and the cat wasn't Coyotehowl. It was Prairemist! Eaglewind had seen her before at gatherings so she knew what she looked like. Prairemist's reflection was in the river but she wasn't here. eaglewind splashed her paw in the river and ran into the bushes and up the mountain.
