redstorm padded in a few moemnts before even his leader, seeing he was the first cat here he picked a wonderful spot with a great few of the leader spot. he hoped hed sit next to one of his kits or friends.
wolfeyes padded in with redstorm, he looked for thornpelt.

Fernpelt had been sitting in a tree, far ahead of her clan. She had arrived about 15 minutes before, and she was having a wonderful time watching cats gather in the clearing. She watched redstorm amusedly as he took one of the best spots. This is the best spot for me, she mewed to herself.

Deviouspaw walked with his Clan into the area.He felt intenses eyes on him. He did not like it but he knew who was there.

Fernpelt jumped down from the tree into their conversation. She hadn't had a decent talk with another Clan Cat for a long time.
"Very well. We have 2 new apprentices. I'll let Spiritstar announce them, though," Fernpelt answered for Swiftwish.

I came up behind them. "And neither of those apprentices are mine...I never get one." I said, clearly I was in a grumpy mood. Once I said that I trotted over to a tree and sat at the roots. Putting paw-prints in the mud. I remember Shrewbreaker and his brother woul do this, and then smear them on the trees here.
I got up and sighed going to another tree, but when I stopped at the next one I couldn't belive my eyes, a paw print was still there but it barely smelled like his brother any more, it was too old. He put his,now clean paw over the old muddy paw-print on the tree and my paw was bigger.
I swallowed in sadness, he missed his brother and now was the only time his sister would be here. He looked at the entrance waiting for his sister.

Fernpelt watched Shrewbreaker walk off. What's his deal? she thought to herself. She knew little of his past, only that he was Solarshine's son. She had no quarrel with Shrewbreaker himself, it was his father that she couldn't bear. Thinking of Solarshine made other memories resurface, so Fernpelt quickly shook her head and jumped into a tree. She could always think clearer when she was alone with nature, with less cats. Of course, it was a Gathering, so she should probably give up.

Diamondfrost calmly walked around with her clan and sat down.She then noticed fernpelt so she got back up and walked over to her mewing"Greetings fernpelt."

Sparkpaw had been about to say hello to Fernpelt when she saw Diamondfrost, she abruptly turned around and marched off in the other direction
