Watching the snow fall

[beachkit]

*Chestnutpaw was alone in the den, no one seemed to be around today.... Sighing a bit depressed she watched the snow fall at the den entrance. The beautiful snowflakes came down gently as if they could fly away if they wanted to. She smiled, and stuck out a paw and dabbed at one in the air making it change its course of direction she purred.*
My oh my, I had no idea how snow could be so free and beautiful at the same time!
*she said to herself dabbing another one. she giggled and stuck out her tongue trying to catch one.*

*One landed lightly on her tongue and she almost squealed with joy like a kit as the snowflake turned to water she blinked and swallowed the melted snowflake. //So snowflakes melt? Cool! Its frozen rain basic!// She thought happily*

[Deadmoon]

Deadpaw remembered the apprentice from earlier. "Hello Chestnutpaw!" He mews and watches the snow. "It's really beautiful."

[beachkit]

I know hey!
*she purred happily watching another fall.*
Its just absolutly wonderful! Okay watch this.
*she dabbed a snowflake making it fall a different direction*
Cool no?
*she chuckled happily smiling away, acting way different then before. Before she was quiet and now she was like everyone else! You see Chestnutpaw usually acted normal if she was caught alone*

[Deadmoon]

"That's really cool!" He dabs his paw and a snowflake and purrs in delight. "Fun!"

[beachkit]

I know! Its so.... addicting!
*she laughed and dabbed another one purring. This time leaping out she cought one in between her paws*
Ta daaaa!
*she said taking a bow after catching a snowflake*
Okay your turn! How fancy can you catch a snowflake?
*she mewed with a challenging grin, sweetness bouncing in her hazel eyes*

[Deadmoon]

Challenge flashes in his bright green eyes and he nods. "Your on!" He backs up and waits for a big snowflake. One comes and he runs, rolls on his side, and hits the snowflake with his back paw.

[beachkit]

*Stunned she watched this and blinked*
Wow! Hey I think you won!
*she said with a sweet smile returning from wow land. Clapping with her paws.*
Hey that move was awesome! Did Featherbreeze show you it? Or did you make it up?
*she asked with interest*

[Deadmoon]

"I thought of it right off the tip of my nose!" He jokes. "But, no I did think of it on my own."

[beachkit]

*She laughed*
Well your nose is pretty smart!
*she joked then nodded*
No that was pretty amazing! Hey, could you maybe teach me it if you still recall it?
*she asked slightly shy*

[Deadmoon]

"Sure! I'd love to!" The tom purrs encouragingly.

[beachkit]

Oh! Okay great! So was it like this?
*she asked getting into the same couch. Watching a snowflake fall she leaped but didnt twist and landed on all fours. She turned back to Deadpaw*
Was it something like that?
*she asked padding back into the den*

"Somewhat like it." He purrs.

[beachkit]

*She laughed and tackled him playfully batting his ear*

He purrs with amusement.

I appear for Deadpaw. I look at them astonished. Hurt, I flattened my ears and went into the warriors den trying to look excited.
