Spiderkit walked from the den, her eyes wide at the sight around her. Snow! Snow littered the ground and fell from the sky, dotting across her dark tabby muzzle, giggleing she pawed at the powdery white substance. Her eyes sparkling with wonder, and awe. The first time from the Nursery is always the most remarkable.~

Whippaw was bored. That much he knew for certain. So when he saw the innocent black pelted she-kit exit her dwelling he knew he was in for some fun. A small devious grin found it's way onto his face as he saw how fascinated she appeared to be.
" What are you so excited about little kit? " He asked in his usual flat tone that was of course neutral. He had experience when it came to trifling with others and upsetting them at first wasn't what he needed. His thin tail swished to and fro as he anticipated a reply wondering just how stupid this kit was.

[I'll be back in like 10 minutes, I have to grab my laptop.]
She looked over at him, her gentle green orbs filled with soft excitment. Her dark tabby pelt speckled with snow flakes, "The snow, isn't it pretty?" Her eyes sparkled, reflecting the white powder in the forest green depths. Gazing up at the sky she watched. Spiderkit's breath smoked out of her open maw as she breathed. Speaking again she dipped her head, "My name is Spiderkit, what is your name?"

[ Alright. ] He averted his gaze up towards the sky watching the snow flakes float lazily to the ground. Nothing exciting there. He snorted in disgust eyes narrowing to slits as one landed on the tip of his small black nose. " Snow. It's a nuisance, but considering your a kit I must admit you will have a splendid time playing in it with all your little kit friends. " He talked in a slow voice treating her like a mouse brained fool. " My name is Whippaw. " He said tartly whiskers twitching slightly.

She twitched her ear at the mention of 'friends'. She spoke neutrally, "I do not have any 'kit friends'. It's sad really. No one wants to play with me. Kit or other wise." She kept her eyes on the snow. It piled up around her paws, falling down on her nose making it cold, and her breath fog up. What made the snow fall any way, and why did it get so cold this time of year? Was it just frozen rain? Or was CloudClan giving the trees a cold blanket to rest under? Ah the mysteries of Leaf-Bare.

The tom raised a brow in disbelief for that was hard to believe since this she-kit seemed to be quite out-going. Surprisingly he had acquired many friends at her age and had always been found getting into some sort of mischief with them. " That's a pity. " He muttered not one to sympathize.
Perhaps it was more out of instinct or habit but either way he found himself gathering a decent pile of snow together then swiping it in Spiderkit's direction. " Well it seems I'll have to show you how to play in the snow. " He mused for once allowing amusement to enter into his vocals. He stuck out his tongue at her in a playful manner and lowered his lean body into a crouch. A small grin played upon his face and he let out a soft playful hiss as if challenging the young kit to fight back.

Lillykit crawled over to where she saw a she-kit and tom. She watched with her ice blue eyes the snow that was falling.

Spiderkit released a playful growl as she sent a wave of snow back at him with her fluffy tail. She then raced to him, intending to, try, and tackle him to the ground. Her green eyes playful and bright. She made a friend!
Her slinder paws sent a spray of snow as she leaped at him, being TreeClan by birth, she naturaly had strong back legs for leaping high into trees. Aiming with her eyes for his back, she angled herself to where she could simply push him down into the snow.

Before he knew what was happening the small she-kit had hurled herself in the air towards him. A thud on his back alerted him to the fact that she had managed to land on him. Not wanting to hurt the kit he gently collapsed into the deep fluffy snow pretending that she had hurt him. He simply laid there eyes closed as if he had surrendered.

Spiderkit batted at his ears laughing, "I got you!" tumbling off him and she lay back down in the snow. Spiderkit's paws waving in the air before getting up and trotting over to his head. She crouched down to where she was eye level with him, and quickly became worried, "I didn't hurt you did I?" She mewed as she pawed at his muzzle gently.

His plan had worked by pretending he was defeated she had thought she had earned an easy victory, yet she was sadly mistaken. He tensed as she neared him waiting for the perfect moment to spring. As she bent down to check if he was alright he in turn sprang to his paws and gently cuffed her on the side of the head.
" No, I am quite fine. In fact I am unharmed. " He meowed in a matter-of-fact tone his eyes gleaming with amusement. " Always make sure you have won before jumping to conclusions. " He advised the young kit a cat-like grin appearing on his muzzle.

~playing is not an option in the isolated~
A snort came from a small bundle of black fur just outside the nursery. His silver-blue eyes watcheing them emotionless. He had long legs, which would one day give him his name. His fur was short and downy, like any kit, but a light black which would soon turn pitch black as he ages. There was splotch of a blunt reddish-orange covering his left eye, soon it would be a burnt orange. He wasnt leaned muscled or well defined, no, he was small and slightly pudgy like any kit. Of course, he was a little skinny, what do you expect of a kit born at the begining of leafbare?
His silver-blue eyes blinked slowly, still watching the others. He wasnt much of a friend 'maker', Solsticekit was more isolated and arrogant. He was disgusted by how the kits could play in the freezing snow, even an apprentice was joining in. He narrowed his eyes to annoyed slits, these cats where nothing but mousebrained rats. Although he was pratically laying in the snow himself, his front legs crossed, tail laying beside him, he showed no interest what so ever to join in on the game.
The way Solsticekit held his head high showed the proud pedigree in his blood lines. Solstice of the Harrowing Pride. In little did he resemble his mother, but yet it could not be said differently. Yes, the kit was arrogant and proud, and the worser it would get with age. So much worser the clan would probably begin to hate him.
The silver-blue eyes continued watching, from their spot, emotionless and isolated. (Horrible grammer!)

Spiderkit~ Losing intrest in her play, she wandered over to her brother, becoming far more removed from the scene. The other kits had spoiled her fun, and being a loner by choice, she found it easier to be isolated. Her mother Harrowingpride would tell her to make friends, but it isn't that simple. Nodding slightly to Solsticekit, she sat down and rapped her tabby tail around her tiny white paws. She newer softly, "Hello brother."
