Shimmerpaw was outside the den, everyone should be sleeping, even Crowpaw. Shaking her head in dismay she felt horrible. Her medical side made her look like a total idiot.... But as long as it kept her friends safe she didn't mind.
No one truelly knew Shimmerpaw. Even Shimmerpaw didn't know herself! Silentpaw half understood her, which was nice. She half smiled at the thought. But that gut wrenching feeling returned as she thought. The moon shone high making the clearing a beautiful silver, and making her pelt just brighter.
The truth was, she love the night, but hated the dark. Her worst fear was that.... But as long as the moon shone she was fine...

Greenpaw snored quietly from her nest. A nice dream of squirrels chasing each other had made her leg twitch in her sleep, which made her kick her nest, which made a piece of moss go flying at Shimmerpaw. [ xD Random, I know. ]

What was that? Something hit her ear and her fur fluffed up. Was the monster back?! Panicking she turned around to see a piece of moss on her fly off when she turned around.
Nope... Just moss phew!

Shimmerpaw sighed. Thinking of what Silentpaw said later that day..... Looking around she saw no other cat. Hmmm, she just wanted to help.
"Stupid medical side..."
She muttered sadly. No one understood.... Shimmerpaw knew that now.

Her pelt went on end. Who was that? Flipping around she saw Silentpaw and relaxed.
"Oh, heh, nothing.... It's just me."
She mewed blandly shifting paws a bit.
