Its real simple pal. All you do is get the URL so for example on your profile~ i179.photobucket.com/albums/w313/kajestic_sunrise/Cat_that_is_Black_and_White_by_m-1.jpg

Then add at the start [img] and [/img] at the end

So then you get this~

((It won't load up because its old or the person hasn't been on his or hers acount for a long time. :P))
And a picture? Well I could try... though school is backing me up ALOT, I havent gotten around to other peoples and i feel real bad.....
