This is Joker, leader of the Wanted Passe.
He's very tempermental and deadly. He lost his left eye and ear during a dog raid, where he actually stood alone when his followers, except for his 2nd in command left him. He nearly died from the inccedent, His left eye being gorged out.
Joker has a bad reputation, merciless killing even the smallest kit.
He rather torture then kill.
The cross necklace he wears is his symbol. Its the last thing any of his victims ever see.
