Mintpaw woke up drowsily, opening her blue eyes. Yawning, she stretched her legs. Craning her neck, she saw the apprentices, hoping some of them would talk to her. Mintpaw sat back on her nest, tucking her white paws under her body. The gray and white apprentice sighed, resting her head on the moss and bracken woven together to make a nest. A breeze moved her tail, pushing it until it was on top of her nose. She reluctantly closed her eyes, trying to go asleep.[/color]

Streampaw,another one of the apprentices was sleeping drowsly in her nest quietly.Too much in a dream to even wake herself up.Although she tried,it was hopeless.Hunting was fun,yet it drained her energy out.The only thing that would wake her if there was noise,a loud disturbance.But as their was none..yet she continued on sleeping,restoring her energy.

Opening her eyes again, she saw Streampaw snoring loudly sleeping comfortably. I guess she's tired, Mintpaw guessed, wanting to prod her awake so badly. Hesitating, she didn't know what to choose. The apprentice wanted to play with her friend, but she didn't want to bug her. I wonder what she will say if I wake her up, the gray and white she-cat wondered, pawing softly at the moss and bracken under her.[/color]

Dovepaw's ear twitched from her dream. Se was being chased by a Badger! Dovepaw woke with a start and sighed. She saw Mintpaw playing with her moss. " Hello Mintpaw! " she meowed.

"Hey, Dovepaw!" Mintpaw exclaimed, scrambling to her paws. Running over to Dovepaw, she slipped on a piece of moss. Looking embarrassed, she sat down, tucking her paws underneath her.[/color]

Dovepaw purred. " Clumsy! " she meowed. It was funny to watch cats slip! Dovepaw sighed and thought about her dream.

Enough sleep for Streampaw as she finally awoken.There was Dovepaw and Mintpaw that were up.It was about time Streampaw got up as well.Waking up with a small yawn she mews happily,"Hey there Dovepaw,Mintpaw!"As her eyes lowers seeing Mintpaw had slipped.She smiles,"I hope I haven't wasted the day sleeping have I?."She jokes playfully to both of them.
And drew her paw over her face,cleaning it.

Dovepaw purred. " No. You slept TWO days away, Streampaw. " Dovepaw meowed. Dovepaw sat up and started giving herself a bath.

"Two days!" She exclaimed dramatically, suddenly stumbled out of her nest accidentally as she landed all fours on the cold ground.There she started cleaning her white pelt,noticing that some moss was stuck to it. She purrs,"Well how did you both sleep?"She mews to both of them.
//I hope I wasn't snoring!!//A thought crept through her.

Streampaw climbed back into her nest and sat down.The floor too cold.
"Bad dream..?"She mews concerned for Dovepaw,"Most of us don't like having those either," Wraping her tail over her paws . "I had one once.."She says," Would you like to talk about it?"She asks kindly. Streamy here is all ears and cared for her denmates.

Mintpaw looked at Dovepaw, and then Streampaw. She scrambled up to her paws, still embarrassed. Hopping to her nest, she groomed her fur. Flicking off scraps of moss, she prickled her ears, wanting to hear all about their dreams.
"So," The gray and white apprentice began in between licks,"What was your dream?"
She looked at the apprentices, waving her tail. Cleaning her paws, she wrapped her gray and white tail around her paws. [/color]

Dovepaw~
Dovepaw shuddered and layed backs down. " I dreamed that a badger was chasing me. The badger had killed all my friends. Streampaw, Mintpaw, Skysong, Flamepaw. It was horrible! " she meowed. It had been a very horrible dream.

Changing the subject because she was bored, the apprentice mewed," When are you going to have your assessment? I'm going to have mines in a few days." Mintpaw finished. She was not boasting, and she hoped her friends did not think she was boasting.[/color]

"A badger?"Streampaw mewed interested,"Did we at least try to fight off the badger with all our might?" "We all would show it what were made of!"She exclaimed.
"There is four apprentices,but were we surrounded?How many badgers were we attacked."Streampaw had the exact thought as Mintpaw.A clear description of what happened.
