"Wait, Tinydove?! With HER mood-swings we'd be sent into complete termoil!" she growled. According to Koisplash, mood-swings were a common thing for Tinydove; but lately tinydove has been acting A LOT odder than usual.

"Well you're wrong! Waterfang is a good friend of mine, but I don't think that Waterfang would make a good leader or deputy! I think Waterfang makes a perfectly good warrior!" she growled at the apprentice.

"No one is better than Mintleaf for deputy," Koisplash pointed out to the younger gray cat. "There's a reason she was chosen. I don't exactly think Tinydove or Waterfang would be good...Junipertree does have a point about Tinydove's mood swings, and Waterfang...well, he's bright, but too young, and doesn't have enough experience."
She sat down; wrapping her tail around her paws. A breeze blew in; ruffling her fur.

"Thank-you," Junipertree meowed to Koisplash. Her fur was ruffled because of her anger towards Ashpaw, so she sat down and groomed it flat. Then suddenly, a thought doned on her.
"Why are you in the WARRIORS' den?!" she asked Ashpaw sharply.

"Waterfang wouldn't make a good leader," Koisplash serenely pointed out. "He's bright and hardworking, but I don't think he can handle enough responsibility, and he's a bit rash, to be honest."
She laid her tail tip on Junipertree's shoulder to calm her as she spoke.

"And he can kill us all if he wanted? I think not. If he tried to kill any of my friends, or my apprentices..." It was clear what she was going to say next, but she didn't say it.

She rolled her eyes and sighed. Ashpaw had a lot to learn. But she was also seething.
I wonder how she'd react if Mintleaf did become leader...

Junipertree wanted to go maul the little apprentice, BADLY!
"Can you believe the nerve of that-that- KIT?!" she growled to Koisplash angrily.
"Who does she think she is?!" she growled as she watched the apprentice run out of the camp.

"She just needs to learn respect," Koisplash meowed smoothly, but a touch icily. Her temper was rising, too, but now she showed it in different ways; not the old fiery manner.
"And she also needs to learn that what she sees is not what everyone else does," she muttered.
