Silverpelt is out and the moon is bright...

[Sunpaw]

Leopardpaw padded out of the den, feeling too private. She had feelings that she didn't know who to share with, Lightpaw had too much to worry about what with her leg and all, and Streampaw might not understand....maybe Darkpaw? She shook the thought away. She focused on Silverpelt, and her father in the sky. The wind stirred the long leopard fur on her face as she gazed into the night sky.

[Lemonpaw]

Lemonpaw came and lay next to her. 'Feeling okay?' she asked. She stroked Leopardpaw with her tail. Despite beging young, the apprentice was very empthatic.

[Sunpaw]

Leopardpaw sighed. "Yes. I think." She turned to face Lemonpaw. "I'm so glad you're here Lemonpaw. I know i've always been a bit, you know ahead of you, but no one thinks of me and Lightpaw as sisters, because she's so nearly a warrior, and I haven't even got a mentor." She laughed at herself but it got caught in her throat. "At least now i'll have a close friend when Lightpaw is gone. Thank you Lemonpaw." She purred and brushed flanks with her, and returned her gaze to the night sky.

[Lemonpaw]

'I know we're not sisters, but I hope you know I'll always be there for you.' Lemonpaw sighed. She felt in a similar position, having just left three of her four best friends behind.

[Sunpaw]

"How's Rowankit doing?" Leopardpaw mewed, remembering her younger brother who was still in the nursery.

[Lemonpaw]

'Rowankit was doing fine last time I saw him.' She purred. 'He seems to be getting on very well with Brightkit! I can't wait for Stripedkit to become an apprentice!'

[Rowanfur]

Rowanpaw went up to Leopardpaw and brushed muzzles. "Hey you two, i'm an apprentice now." he mewed quietly, as he sensed that they were having a very private conversation.

[Sunpaw]

"Hey Rowanpaw! Wow you're so big now!" Leopardpaw mewed, breaking away from Lemonpaw.

[Rowanfur]

Rowanpaw came up to her. "Yeah I guess. Who's your mentor?" He mewed, not liking to be the centre of attention.

[Sunpaw]

Leopardpaw eyed Rowanpaw for a second. "Redstorm. Have you got one yet?" she replied.

"Leopardpaw?" she brushed against the she cat. " its late lets go back to the den." "all of us." She said to the others." Ohh and rowanpaw you and are still friends right?"then she walked out into the den and settled in next to poisonpaw.

[Sunpaw]

"Yes Darkpaw's right. I'm going to sleep." She followed Darkpaw into the den and sat down next to her and mewed softly in her ear. " What do you want your warrior name to be?" The leopard like apprentice was tired, but not so that she could simply slip into sleep.
