Lightpaw sat outside the apprientice den waiting for her mentor Silverfrost. She was excited to be training she was not sure why.

Silverfrost ran over to her temporary apprentice. "what was your mentor teaching you when she left?" she said the words softly into lightpaws ears.

Lightpaw Saw a vole she knew it was running but she could esaliy catch it. She ran after the vole and pounced on it and sinked her teeth into it. It would not die without a fight so it escaped. Lightpaw jumped on it again and sinked her teeth into it once more. This time it died she buried it close to the place where she buried the rabbit.
