On the news there was supposedly a (3?) year old girl murdered. She was given chloroform by her mother, and, evidentally died of overdose. The mother, however, did not report her daughter missing until people began asking where her whereabouts might be. All the while, the mother had been going to parties and had gotten a tattoo that said something like "I'm free " or...something around that.
She had only been charged of lying. First, by saying she had not known her daughter had been missing. Then, that a nanny had been caring for her. There was no nanny to be found. When the body was found, there had been duct tape Over her nose and mouth. The mothers car had hair particles littering the floor and stank of death. All evidence pointed to murder , yet the scientists say there wasn't enough evidence and she wasn't found guilty.
I'm mean, really??? Have some sense.

Casery Anthony. Nearly all of America knows about her....
And it wasn't the chlorophorm (To tired to care about spelling) people that Casey had drowned Cailey. She wasn't found guilty of murder. But was found guilty of lying to a cop.

Huh. I heard it was chloroform. Oh well. And, yes, I'm sure most know about her, but what puzzles me is why she wasn't at least charged a while in prison. All evidence pointed to her, but she was only guilty of lying.
