"So you're an apprentice now?" Emberpaw attempted to smile, but it looked crooked as he never practiced it. His glossy black pelt became visible after he stepped out of one shadowy corner, as if emerging from the darkness. Eyes like bright embers, he dipped his head in welcome.
"Good to see you." His mew was gentle and kind. Considering he preferred to be negative most of the time, some cats caused quite the opposite reaction.

"hm,you might wanna practice your smile"mewed Nightpaw"i'm glad your not throwing negative everywhere"

[Moonclaw]

Midnightpaw saw Emberpaw and nodded, "Hi!" She meowed. Seems the apprentices are niceer than I'd thought they would be...

[Swiftstep]

"Go choke on mouse bones, you hag." He muttered so quiet it seemed he was staying silent. Nightpaw deserved it, always getting in his way.
"You enjoying being at the next rank?" He grinned dumbly and trotted around to sit by Midnightpaw.

[Cheetahspots]

Cheetahspots stalked into the apprentices den "Wheres Breezepaw."she asked.Her beautiful bengal coat silky and shiny as if she just came from cleaning it.

[Moonclaw]

"Erm... Yeah, being an apprentice is nice, I guess..." Midnightpaw replied to Swiftstep. She turned to Cheetahspots, "Who?"

[nighttail]

"The only apprentices i know are Emberpaw, Lightningpaw, Lostpaw, Midnightpaw, and myself"answered Nightpaw.

[thethrush]

Thrushpaw was sleeping in the den, and then
she began to hear a conversation. Wanting to
sleep a little longer, she just layed there. But
the den grew louder and louder, and finally she
gave in, sitting up. A peice of moss was stuck to
her nose. "Whoops..." She mumbled, shaking it
off. There was a whole group of unfamilure cats,
and she only noticed Nightpaw. Trying not to
speak in third person, she looked up at them.
"H-Hello..."She managed to get out. She
had been teased about the way she talked,
maybeit was time she changed.

"Oh, this is Thrushpaw. Thrushpaw, this is Emberpaw, Lightningpaw, Midnightpaw, and Lostpaw"meowed Nightpaw, who was introducing them to each other.

[thethrush]

"Hello there." She mewed, licking
her paw. She was still in sleep mode,
and it took time for her to function
right when in sleep mode. "Sorry, I'm
a little tired..." She said drowsly.
'Just talk normally...' She thought.

[Moonclaw]

Midnightpaw looked at Thrushpaw, "Hi! It's nice to meet you," She greeted the other apprentice happily, I'm not usually so happy and talkative... I'm usually the quiet one, but lately? I don't know... She thought, wondering why she had been acting so happy lately.

[Lightningstrike]

Lightningpaw who was standing next to Midnightpaw and Nightpaw looked up at the cream colored tom and meowed, "Hi im Lightningpaw." he licked his multy colored pelt and playfully cuffed Midnightpaws ears and playfully flicked Nightpaws with his tail.

[Emberfeather]

Emberpaw grinned and nodded in greeting to Thrushpaw.
"You look like you haven't slept in a moon!" The tom said blankly.

Suddenly Nightpaw looked kind strange, like she was really tired. Things are not the best, she thought,Hailstorm is being a pain in the tail lately, Emberpaw is making my life worse, and Huskyheart...i'm worried! Spiderstep.....i'm worried too! And Beechstar is going nuts!things are going wrong.
