"I've got to go, Lightningpaw," Softkit said, giving his muzzle a lick, "I'll see you later." She walked away, a tear falling. She would never get a chance with Lightningpaw if Nightpaw kept hating him then liking him then hating him again.

Softkit smiled. She knew that she had caught Lightningpaw by suprise, her lick telling her that she liked him. She hoped that Lightningpaw was thinking about it. She hoped that she likes her.

Lightingpaw tryed to listen to the other apprentices talk but his mind kept trailing to Softkit and Nightpaw they both liked him.

Softpaw gasped as she saw Lightningpaw lick Nightpaw. She nodded, understanding that Lightningpaw liked Nightpaw. She went to her nest, tears falling softly to the ground.

She new these two cats liked Lightingpaw.
"So Lightningpaw, how is training?"
She wanted to make it seem less akward. |
