Wishing(open)

[Leaftail]

Leaftail lay in her nest, wishing. Wishing life wasn't so complicated, wishing she could find her place in TreeClan, wishing she could find a mate, wishing, wishing. But more than anything else, she wished she could visit the past. To go back to to the cave where she had been born. To smell her mother's scent, feel her warm tongue gently licking her ears, hear her comforting voice. Leaftail would have given anything to see her mother again. To snuggle up to her and ask what in the world she was supposed to do. But she was gone, killed by foxes, and now Leaftail hoped, looked over her in CloudClan. Leaftail had no one to turn to for advice now. She gently rested her head on her paws.

[Skywing]

The black tom known as Skywing, mate to spottedcloud brother to Ashy, scourge, shade, raven, and fang sighed going over to the warrior den. He had spent to night talking to Ashy Scourge and Fang, now he just need to talk to them in his mind. The bad part is, he didn't bring Leaftail, tonight he was going again and was gonna ask her if she wanted to come poking his head into the warriors den he sees her creamy brown pelt "Leaftail, im spending the night at Fang ashy and scourges grave want to come?" he asks

[Bluewish]

Bluewish had been laying awake, his blue eyes swirling with emotion. Tonight was one of the many nights he imagined what would have hapened if things had been different.


What if I had ignored Waterfang. What if I had never hesitated. What if I went Rouge with her. We could have joined another clan. We could have had kits. We could have had a life together. What if I had never met her. Maybe Vineleg and i would still be together. What would have happened if I had asked Leafail? We could be happy. I used to really like her. What if sandpaw were still here, she was really cute and one of my best friends. What about Sunstrike? she really loves me. But So does Pheonixfire...What am I going to do?
He flicked an ear and rolled over to see Skywing. He was pretty sure Skywing still hated him. "I would like to come" he mewed gently from his nest, his blue eyes filled with sorrow. He hoped Skywing would forgive him, but he wasnt too sure.

[Skywing]

Skywing looked over at bluewish, hate was still in his eyes. The whole reason ashy was dead, and he was in depression was because of the sliver tom. He and Waterfang scared poor ashfang into leaving and then starving herself. He sighs "Ok bluewish" he siad

[Leaftail]

Leaftail leapt her paws. "Of course, I'd love to."She glanced up as Bluewish walked in. She knew he had something to do with Ashy's death, but she had let it go, forgiven him. Holding a grudge wouldn't help anybody. She saw the hate in Skywing's eyes, and padded over to him. "You have to forgive him sometime Skywing. Hating him forever won't help anybody. Ashy wouldn't have wanted you too."She whispered in his ear, the stood back up. She had once thought he migjt become her mate, but those thoughts had disappeared when he chose Spottedcloud. She had also once thought that about Bluewish, after things didm't work out with Vineleg, but alas that also appeared not to be. Perhaps she simply wasn't meant to have a mate, though she sometimes longed for one.

[Skywing]

"Hes the reason shes dead, how can i. I lost all my family but shade and raven but i can't see them unless in battle" he whispered and sighed "Lets get going then" he said and walked out of the warriors den, he loved Leaftail but Spottedcloud loved him, he was so confused

[Leaftail]

Leaftail started to say something, but stopped. He needed time. Leaftail still grieved for Ashy, but she had forgiven Bluwish. Shaking her head, she followed him. Being around him made her realize her feelings for him still existed. But he had a mate. She figured he loved Spottedcloud, not her. But she just couldnt get him out of her mind.

[Skywing]

As the got there he sat down as ashys grave and whimpers "I should of saved my familys, risked my own life. We would all be alive still, ashy with bluewish, scourge with thorn fang with vineleg" he shook his head and sighed

[Spottedcloud]

Spottedcloud sat alone in her nest, watching Skywing and Leaftail. She glanced over at Bluewish. She knew that her mate hated him, but she herself did not. Letting out a sigh, the tortoiseshell she-cat waved her tail in good-bye to Skywing, and muttered, "See you tomorrow." This is going to end exactly like it did with Creekwish, she told herself.

"Hey.", Spottedcloud meowed simply to Bluewish, padding over to the tom. If her mate was going to ignore her, she would do the same.

[Skywing]

"Huh what were huh?" he looked up and saw his mate pouncing in the air and squealing he did no see her he blinked many times and shook his head then saw her going over to bluewish which made him show the hate in his eyes at Bluewish remembering Creekwish

[Leaftail]

"It wasn't your fault Skywing. You did everything you could.Leaftail glanced over at Spottedcloud, and hatred and jealousy filled her eyes.

[Skywing]

He tilted his head when he saw her eyes "Yo leaftail whats up bud, whats with the eyes?" he whispered in her ear "I know but, i should of died not them, they were better cats" he said

[Leaftail]

"No reason."Leaftail muttered, not wanting to admit her feelings to him yet, though if he thought about it, he might be able to figure it out. She turned on him when he said that. "Skywing, you are just as good a cat as they were. I'm glad you're not dead. I miss Aashy, but she gave up. And I-"She stopped realizing what she had been about to say.

[Skywing]

"And you what?" he asks her looking at her with gentle eyes

[Leaftail]

Leaftsil hesitatedd for a moment, not sure what to say. But he didn't get along well with Spottedcloud, there was a chamce....And she had to know how he felt. She leaned down to whisper in his ear so Spottedcloud wouldnt hear. "I...I...I love you Skywing!" And with that, Leaftail tore out of camp, and through the trees, not daring to hear his response. And too scared at the possibility of having her heart broken again if he loved Spottedcloud or someone else.
