POiNSETTiAPAW slid into the apprentice den, blending in with her shadowy haven. It wasn't her first time in the den , and it wouldn't be her last. She was, as of today, officially Poinsettiapaw.

UNLiKE most of the apprentices, being their first 'voyage out to sea', she was well aware that finding a nest wouldn't be hard, and keeping to herself would be quite easy as well. She didn't need friends. Pfft. Who did? They only got in the way and, in addition, surfaced life with drama and theatrics meant only for inexperienced newbies.

[Burningshadow]

Burningpaw sat, his nest in a shadowed area of the den. He noticed a cat, he had met her before, as a kit. They had both gotten into a fight. It hadn't been a bad one. But he was unsure of her. She wasn't like most apprentices. More, power-hungry, with more ambition to be the leader and take over. He wondered what went on with her.

Poinsettiapaw flicked her ear. She was certain a new presence disturbed the once tranquil air. The same presence she ever so loathed.

'What is it this time? Don't you have somewhere to be? Or did your recent shredding not teach you enough?'

[Burningshadow]

Burningpaw laughed "What shedding?" he sneered "Last time, you never layed a paw on me." This cat was delusional. She thought that she could beet anyone that she met. But she couldn't. As before, she had not changed, an aragent Puff-Ball.

[Lizardfang]

“Oh, do please stop bickering.” I said softly in a British accent. It wasn't British, actually—It was just how I spoke. I guess I wanted to talk different from the others, so I made a way to talk in a unique way. Thus, I was like this. Others laughed at how I talked, though.

I stepped out from the shadows of the den, my amber eyes shining brightly. “I mean, after all, we are Clanmates.” I smiled in a welcoming way to them, showing I wasn't going to argue with them.

[Deluge]

Poinsettiapaw's fur bristled at the intruding presence of Lizardpaw as he abruptly ended their forming quarrel. She narrowed her eyes, flicking her tail in acknowledgement. This kitten was fairly older than she, yet Poinsettia firmly believed she was the prominent figure, more mature than any of her peers, every one of them inferior to her grace and honor.

Rounding on Lizardpaw, her steely gray eyes lit aflame with a blue ember.

"Stay. Out. Of. It. Kitten. Or I shall be forced to zip your maw closed myself."

[Tigerlily]

She heard voices as she made herself inward. Two voices to be exact and it was a conversation of complete annoyance for them two. Tigerpaw was fairly good at meeting other's even if it was the first time for her since she known they hadn't been here before but today. "So, kits blooming like flowers and now apprentices." She referred to the Poinsettiapaw's attitude as hostile," You have a temper." Looking straight to the three and blinked,"What's your name kittens? If this is your first time here, don't be afraid of what you see." Tigerpaw explained.

Burningpaw turned looking at Tigerpaw. He had been here about half a moon. He examined her then turned back to the Puff-Ball. He gave a snarl. He looked at Lizardpaw "This is between me and her," he growled. His fur beginning to bristle.

[Snowpaw]

Snowpaw entered the apprentices' den to find Burningpaw, her best friend, begining to bristle. "What it now?" she asked staring at them. She turned to Poinsettiapaw and just stared. She had never really met this cat but she knew that this cat was always in a fight with everyone. "Stop! All of you!." she meowed looking straight into Burningpaw's amber eyes. "You all need to learn how to controll yourselves! I mean, sireously, you all are about to start a fight with your own denmate?" This wasn't like Burningpaw, he was usually so nice and kind.

[Duskfall]

Duskpaw chuckled a bit from her current position, a shadow concealed nest tucked in the corner nearest the entrance for maximum invisibility. When things got very interesting she padded out of her little area and stood half out of it's shadow. Time to pick sides, I suppose. With the peacemakers, hardly! With the calico, nah! That leaves me with the fiery gal. Quite alright, she's a lot like myself.

She made two quick steps so she stood by Poinsettiapaw, but a little bit away. In this way she stood alone if need-be but also by the other female if she accepted her verbal back-up. "Dear me, looks like someone's getting hostile, there. Why don't you run hoe to your two-legs, kitty pet!" she directed at Burningpaw. On the first note she mock-cued, while the last was biting and sharp. She didn't want this madness to end! No, no, better for her if it continued.

Burningpaw snorted at Duskpaws remark. "This dose not concern you, fluffy," he snorted. This cat was just as arrogant and stupid as Pointestiapaw was. Each thought they where better then everyone else, and that they could fight and win every battle they got themselves tangled up in. He pittied them, so stupid, and one day reality will snake them in the face and give them a well needed wake up.

A small, unpretentious glance at Duskpaw from Poinsettiapaw gave her approval. This was the only feline she had someone of a respect for upon the breaching of the apprenticeship, for more reasons than side - taking.

Her whiskers twitched, bemused as Burningpaw called her fluffy.

"You believe that, in the midst of a war, you can talk your way out of a fight? Dear, dear, I daresay that, if this is your beliefs, with little training, Duskpaw and I could shatter your dreams with mere claws. Not words. Claws."

[Snowpaw]

Ok, its time for Snowpaw to stand up to them. They think their so great and so strong wait till they feel her claws if they keep this up. She just turned to Duskpaw and stared. Why would they both think such cruel things. "Ok, you think your so good at fighting aren't you. So fresh out of the nursery and already think she can take on a cat that is way older than her. You know no battle moves. Why would you think you can take on us." she said standing by Burningpaw. Both of those little kits think they can fight, huh, well they will see. "Now, go back to the nursery! Where you belong!"

(Snowpaw, don't say we know no battle moves. I've already joined a thread with Poinsettia's mentor. They're learning to fight. Note how I said 'it wasn't her first time in the apprentice den'. >.> Oh, and, by the way, we got our ceremonies on the same day. )

Poinsettiapaw smirked. Her maw curved upward in a smile. A half - hearted one, on that note. She knew she could take on this puffy ball of words.

"Actually.. yes, I could."

[Snowpaw]

(No we didn't! You just think your better than everyone else. I'm almost warrior aged and I saw you in the nursery a few days after my ceremony. And you need to stop acting like you know everything. I have many other accounts that are full grown warriors, now new ones either. So stop thinking your so great. I meant to say they only know a few fighting moves but now that advanced.)

Snowpaw just stared with hatred in her eyes. "Good luck then because I think I can take you on anyday. A kit like yourself would be easy to fight." She just wanted to get the little apprentice mad. She needed to wake up and figure out that she can't win every battle. Snowpaw could beat her anyday anytime.

(Lay off. And don't think I'm going to powerplay because I obey the rules. Maybe you should too. You could just stop acting like you are a huge warrior that can beat everyone. Just stop. You are the one who started this so you need to learn a few things. Its so easy to figure out that I have more experience that you because I have common sense!)
