Why do we call these people celebrities? Because we CELEBRATE their talent! ...or lack thereof. But now is your chance for us to celebrate YOUR talent at making us laugh! Yes, this is a celebrity parody contest.
All you have to do is make a video--it can be an animation, a video with you [and your friends, if you want], a video starring your Barbies and/or stuffed animals--the only requirement is that YOU must be the creator of it! You can parody any celebrity you want, and more than one person can do the same celebrity as well. You can make it by yourself, or with others. It can be a song parody, a movie parody, an interview, a day in the life of, or anything else you can dream up.
Your judge for this contest is the lovely Harrowingpride.
So if you want to impress her, either make her laugh, or dazzle her with your ability to imitate a certain celebrity. Win or lose, the goal of your video should be to have fun...and the best way to do that is just come up with an original idea and be creative.
The winner of the contest will get his/her name on the VWW news fader, get the glory and bragging rights...and will one a special secret prize! So you know you want to enter!
Rules & Requirements
•You must make the video somehow...don't steal video clips and images and slosh them together and claim that YouTube poop to be your masterpiece.
•The video must be between 30 seconds to two minutes long. If it's shorter than that, then you probably didn't put much effort into it, but if it's loner than two minutes, then it'll probably be boring.
•You may enter as many times as you want, but only one person and one video will be named a winner.
•Your video may not contained swears (unless you bleep them out) or anything too inappropriate. I realize that celebs tend to lead very raunchy lives, so these videos can reflect that...but at least try to keep it somewhat clean.
This contest will end on March 30th, and the winner will be announced March 31st. Once you make your video, upload it to YouTube and post it on this thread. Do not spam this thread.
