Moonpaw walked silently into the dark cosy den.
"Firelight are you hear?" Moonpaw whispered in case Firelight was sleeping. The quiet den was empty. Moonpaw turned and sat facing the entrance.

"No. Firelight's dead. Go away. "
The muffled voice of Firelight bounced throughout the cave with ease, and a meager silhouette was all to show trough it. Since her sister, younger sister, had been made a queen, the elder had refused to leave her den, lest being mauled by the kits she was forced to have relation to.

Mistypaw followed her friend in she had never met Firelight, When she was a kit she used to go in the elders den to hear a story but none one was ever here. "Firelight were not kits anymore were not gonna fall for that" she said

"Come on firelight please come out." Moonpaw said hoping Firelight was here and not dead like the voice said.

Firelight lifted her head grudgingly, her eyed narrowed at the kits, the yellow fire burning with spite. She groomed a paw and drew it over her ear before returning her attention to the invaders.
"And what, may I ask, do you want?"

Mistypaw didn't know what her friend wanted she just followed her in, Mistypaw looked at Moonpaw waiting for her to answer.

Shadowwing flicked his ears at the sound of all the cats suddenly in the den, so he walked over to Firelight and sat next to her. "Calm down, Firelight. I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason for them to annoye you." He said teasingly.

Mistypaw felt hurt the didn't like annoying anybody "we didn't want to annoy her i'm sorry" Mistypaw said shuffling her paws

Firelight narrowed her eyes in distrust. She then glanced unhappily at Shadowwing, sauntered to where the black tom stood, and, in ease to herself, curled up at his paws, ears twitching in weariness.

Moonpaw stayed silent, she just wanted to well talk, or more of... She wanted some where to learn something other than hunting.
"Sorry, I had no idea who lived here other than Firelight. Umm I need some advice, can you give it?" Moonpaw said she really wanted to just pour her thoughts out but... What it they said they wouldn't help, would she go mad like Thrushdripple, what would happen to mom?

Firelight then lifted her head. She notioned toward a spot near her, beckoning the apprentice closer to peer at her. Advice? She wanted advice? This was new.

Mistypaw than wondered if she was disturbing anything so she asked Moonpaw "do you want me to leave i will understand of you do" she said giving her a sympathetic look it must have been terrible that her mother left her.
