Swiftpaw collapsed in her den, she still hadn't gotten checked on about the gash about her right eye and the three deep claw marks in her left shoulder. She could tell that she was going to be sore tomorrow. She looked around the trashed apprentice den and groaned, going to where her bed use to be. She gathered up some moss and put it in a pile, but not laying down on it. She just felt so hopeless. How many had been injured? How many had been killed? How many wouldn't be able to become warriors? She frowned at the thoughts that were filling her head.
Hopelessness turned to anger as she thought about FireClan, her claws digging into the ground in anger and hatred.

Anemonepaw spotted Swiftpaw laying on the floor. "Swiftpaw? Are you ok?" she croaked. It was important for her to stay still so that the wound wouldn't open even more up. It reeked of infection and had a lot of dried up blood around it. Some blood still trickled from it.

Swiftpaw jumped a little at hearing Anemonepaw "Oh hey, Anemonepaw." she sighed, looking at the bed of moss "Yeah, i'm fine." She shrugged before looking at the other apprentice again, worry was flickering in her eyes "Why did they just suddenly come here and start killing?" she asked Anemonepaw "I dont get it. What makes it okay to just....come in here and start attacking kits?!" she slammed her paw down. She winced and let out a small groan, she had slammed down the wrong paw, causing her shoulder to creak and the wound to move a little.
She bit her tongue and looked over at Anemonepaw, the she-cat was covered with wounds "How are you?" She asked the fellow apprentice, "You fought so bravely out there." she smiled, adding the last part with a smile through the pain.

"Thanks. You too. But a medicine cat still hasn't helped me. All I can do right now is try to fight it on my own. It's getting really infected and I need a medicine cat soon. I don't want to go to that same feeling of my body failing. CloudClan saved me for a reason, now it's Sunblaze's or Snakefang's turn." she explained. "It's all Redfoot's fault!" she growled. Shaking away her anger she asked, "How about you?"

Swiftpaw sighed "Stressed." she sat down and looked at Anemonepaw "You should go see them, an infection on an upcoming warrior is something we don't need." she shrugged and fixed up another bed of moss for another apprentice. She looked back at the apprentice "I know how you feel about the body failing, as a kit i once fell from a tree but my bones were still rubbery so i was fine but the fall definitely rattled me and i fainted." she shrugged, it was probably nothing compared to what Anemonepaw had gone through but she liked to think it was the same feeling.

Anemonepaw sighed. Should she tell Swiftpaw what it was like? "Well one second I was fighting then I fell to the ground. I still had all my senses though. I saw how much blood was comming out. I was gasping for air and nobody spotted me. I was on my own. Then my eyesight started getting blurrier and blurrier." she explained. "The sounds were getting quieter. I could barely breath and I could barely find myself in thoughts. Someone noticed me, Blizzardpaw that is. Picked me up and took me out of the camp where it was safe. Then something pass through my head. It was a CloudClan warrior. They said that I need to go help me clan. Then I came to." she meowed. "Blizzardpaw told me to rest but I said no. I had barely helped my clan and I needed to go back like the CloudClan warriors said and fight. So I got up, of course the pain was horrible but I didn't care. The CloudClan warriors gave me strength and made the pain die down while I did as they said. So I went out there and fought and fought. I found Rushingpaw in the middle of the clearing and Emberstorm was about to kill him. I grabbed him and took him to safety. Then I back and fought. I fought Scarpelt but she left me alone because she said that I was to weak and that I have had enough. Then Emberstorm came at me and attempted to make me blind in my right eye. I closed my eye because I new it was comming and thats why I got this scar running down my eyelid." she meowed pointed to her right eye. "Then Rushingpaw came back and we found Diamondpaw laying on the ground. She was alright but she told us that Hazelkit was taken away. Then somebody attacked me off guard. It was a FireClan apprentice named Bearpaw. He tried to dig his claws in my wound but I moved and beat him and sent him running away while FireClan was leaving." she ended her story. "I know I was only suppose to tell you about body failure but I just wanted to share with someone my whole story."
