( Only Cedar, Lynx, Destined, Shadow, Sky, and the Med. Cats )
Tigerfang, exhausted from the run back to Camp, entered the Medicine Cats' Den, a brown and cream striped apprentice dangling half - dead in her jaws. She put him down in one of the nests, licking the blood gently off of his fur to clean him.
“Brightflame! Waterheart!” The brown tabby she - cat yowled, frantically looking for the two Med. Cats. “We need help!” Tigerfang called again, sitting by Skypaw and lapping at his fur still.
Her cerulean eyes flitted to the den entrance, waiting for the others to come as well.

Skypaw whimpered pityfully as he was set down. His breathing was slow and he barely moved a muscle. He found his savior and caught a small glimpse of her. He struggled to make a smile but HR laid hid year back down, closing his deep blue eyes.

"Has his shock gotten worst?" Shadowfall asked. He didn't know much, but he had gotten badly injured before.

Destinedspirit helped Tigerfang put skypaw down. She heard him whimper. He seemed to be mostly in shock."Shadowfall where is Brightflame and Waterheart?" she asked him looking at him with concern for Skypaw's life.

"Not sure. Well we can use the moss and the pool to clean the wound." Shadowfall meowed. He was worried for Skypaw. Skypaw seemed on the verge of death. "Come on, stay awake." Shadowfall meowed into Skypaw's good ear.

I rush over, "What's going on!?" I ask, inspecting each of the cats that have just appeared, "What happened to Skypaw?"

"Skypaw was attacked by a fox." Shadowfall explained. He sat down and waited.

[ le cedarpaw. ] She just didn't know what to assume. This torn up cat couldn't be Skypaw .. The faded calico just refused to accept that. But granted, Cedarpaw kept her distance, and sat in the far back, in shock of what had happened. Call her shallow, but she didn't know if she really liked a cat with a half-face .. It scared her.

I nod, rushing over to the herb store. I run back with a bundle of Thyme. "Get him to eat this while I get something for him." I instruct.

Skypaw shivered, his good ear twitched. Images of the orange creature was stained in his mind. They haunted his memory as he remebered it tearing his face up. His breathing was becoming slower, until he forced his eye open, screaming in pain and terror as he weakly thrashed. Every cat became the creature to him. The orange pelt, brown paws, deep brown eyes flashed around him. Still screaming and thrashing, Skypaw tried to get up, but since his left paw was broken, he stumbled and fell, his face hitting the floor, stinging. He hissed and screeched i pain as he lay there, shaking with fear. |

"Skypaw, listen, stay awake. You have to eat this. Brightflame says it will help you." Shadowfall whispered into Skypaw's good ear. Shadowfall pushed it closer to Skypaw's mouth.

The calico took a step back, silent and scared. "Skypaw .." She whispered to herself, horrified of the sight before her. He looked like a burnt up cat that needed a straightjacket.

Skypaw's eye widened as the darker monster pushed something closer to him. He struggled away from him and unsheathed his claws, pain in his paw. He pressed the good part of his face against the ground and small tears streamed off his cheeks. He stopped completly, his breathing still slow as he stared at the ground. |

"He can't see me right. Skypaw is scared of me." Shadowfall meowed. Shadowfall backed away from the herbs. "Someone else should try." Shadowfall meowed.

Destinedspirit looked at Skypaw."Skypaw listen to me. This is going to help you. You are going to be fine. Please...bad pain is almost over. Just stop fighting Shadowfall," she meowed. She looked over at Cedarpaw. She padded over to her."He's going to be ok. Skypaw is in shock of what happened. That's what is mostly wrong with him. He's scared," she whispered in her ear, for she knew Cedarpaw was afraid. She went back over to Skypaw trying to get him to calm down.
