Okay, guys, I'm sorry, I was with my cousin for the past week, and I had to go to Chicago for a few days after that. I forgot to announce my absence, but I'm here now. Relax, I didn't abandon you guys! However, I returned to a rude awakening...I had twenty-two private massages! (So sorry if my response was blunt, but I had so many others to tend to.)
But things got even more stressful when I received a message about the general board being all but deleted. After replying to rest of my messages, I checked it out and was sad to find it was true. Unfortunately, there's no way I can get those posts and topics back, so we'll all just have to move on and try to continue onward on VWW. We apparently already know the name and connection of the culprit, but there's not much we can do except ban her (which I very well might do if I get a hold of her account-if she even had one).
Now, we're going to try to prevent something like this from happening a again. So I am suggesting that all members change their passwords to prevent others from logging into it and getting you into trouble. If you do change your password, I would advise not telling it to anyone, including your friends. I am requesting that all leaders, med cats, deputies, and admins change their passwords and not tell anyone their passwords.
Also, if you have any information on the hack (what day and time, who's account was hacked, ect.), please share it with me via reply to this thread.
I'll post more ways we're going to prevent this soon.
