I look up. "I think I can stretch up far enough to repair the brambles." I say thoughtfully. I reach up rather unsteadily on my hind legs, grab a bramble, soaking wet from the rain, and weave it among the other brambles I fall back onto all four paws again. "Ok, that task is possible."

Mosspaw watched carefully so she would know how to fix a den leak when she was older and became a warrior. (sorry lazy)

I look around. The walls were quite sturdy, and they were not damaged. "You can help me with the roof. That seems the only thing that is damaged. And Mosspaw, thats a good idea to move the nests out of the puddle. Although if the rain gets heavier, the puddle might turn into a lake." My whiskers twitch with amusement.

I purr loudly. "The entire territory would be underwater!" I stretch up again and quickly start weaving the large mess of brambles again. "Would you mind moving the nests away from our growing ocean? The other apprentices, when they get back from training, won't be too happy sleeping in a sodden nest."

"Thanks, Graypaw." I say. I reach up and stretch a long bramble across a small gap, covering it. I weave soome more brambles tightly over the last gap. "That should do. And just in time, too." It had begun to rain harder.

Mosspaw purred in laughter before pulling the nests on the other half of the apprentice den away from their "ocean".

I purr. "Nice work. You up for something to eat?" I say, poking my head out of the den to glance at the sodden fresh-kill pile. "If you do want something, then we have to make a run for it." I purr. OOC: Lol you already have your warrior stars and I've been an apprentice for longer XD

Graypaw looked at her stomach, it was growling. "I could use a blackbird."She mewed.

(I know how you feel Hawkstar delayed my apprentice ceremony for a bit.) "Ok, I'm going to get a thrush. See you back here!" Without waiting for a reply, I dash out into the rain, snatch a plump, wet thrush on the ground, and tear back into the den, my tortoiseshell fur soaking.

"It seemed like you just went swimming in our ocean we made."Graypaw mewed with a giggle. "Could I have the first bite? "She mewed. Before they could answer she took a small bite.

I purr. "It's ok. It might not be a blackbird, but I realized I shouldn't go digging through the pile in the rain. My whiskers would be dripping by the time I got back!" I laugh and take a bite of the bird.
