Swanpaw opened her eyes with a groan, feeling an itchiness to get up, yet she couldnt tell why she wanted to get up. The beautiful she-cat yawned sleepily as she grumbled again. Another day with the same routine, due to the fact that she was always doing the same thing. Getting up, cleaning, eating, talking with friends, going to bed, except not necessarily in that order. She never learned anything new because her mentor, Splashspirit, was never around to teach her. She sometimes felt that because of this, she would be stuck as an apprentice. Forever. And this ticked her off quite a bit.
The tired apprentice grunted as she felt something plop onto her about. It was a drop of water. She sighed. The rain would stop a lot of her duties, although she did love the rain. But it always blocked the sunshine. The two never seemed to mix in her life, but she could only imagine what it would look like. The balck and white apprentice decided to sit by the enterance and listen to the pitter-patter of rain on camp, for she loved the sound. She padded grudgingly up to the enterance but cane upon a gorgeous sight. It was raining, yes, but this rain was different. As the rain fell on camp, the sun was just starting to rise. The colors were dancing! All colors from a warm orange to a calm blue were there. Her spirits immediately lifted. Giggling, the beautiful she-cat grinned as she bounces into the colors. She danced with the colors, the sun rising around her dancing body as she laughed and played. She had never felt any happier.
