I licked my lips, padding to the fresh-kill pile and picking out a plump thrush.
Turning in a circled and sitting down, I twitched my long whiskers, flicking droplets of dew everywhere.
I flicked an ear, digging in to my meal.

I smiled to myself, dreams of grandeur swimming like minnows through the pool of my mind.
I glanced around me, hoping to spot another cat to share my meal and curious if any other apprentices' would be out.
My long golden fur was ruffled gently in the breeze.

Shaking off the feeling that I was missing something in my surroundings, I returned to my thrush, spitting out feathers into a neat pile.

I replied, twitching a whisker.

"I'm Lilypaw, but you can call me Lil or Lily."
I glanced at the younger [younger in time, not posts] apprentice, nodding to the fresh-kill pile.
"Hungry?" I asked, swishing my tail in the earth.

Bluekit yawned and rolled over watching lilypaw and rushingpaw with her sparkleing blueeyes she gets up and watches them her ears perked

I smiled at the kit, tilting my golden tabby head curiously.
"What's your name?"
I asked, flicking my tail upwards.

I waited for the kit's response, kneading the hard earth rythmically.
