Diamondpaw's eyes blinked with boredom as she sat in the apprentices' den, waiting for something to happen. The last moon had been a blur to her. She never really got to leave camp and train with her mentor, and her heart ached for the life of a warrior. But she knew that it would be a while until her heart found that place where it wanted to be most. She sighed, then looked around, seeing who was in the den with her.

Stormpaw padded into the Den, he had just eaten and was
well.... Bored.His mentor had taken all his new apprentices out to train. Leaving Stormpaw
with nothing to do for the day. He looked over and saw a white she-cat, she looked like a Warrior. "Hello." He meowed. "My name's Stormpaw." He sat down, "My mentor's
Coldstep." Stormpaw smiled, "What's your name?" He asked her, his voice warm and
inviting. Stormpaw was a friendly cat, he never really disliked anybody, yet. There was
still his whole life left to go. |

Diamondpaw looked up as she saw someone come into the den. "Oh, hello, Stormpaw," she greeted after he had introduced himself. "My name's Diamondpaw. And my mentor is Talonfang." Her eyes drooped as she talked about her mentor; Talonfang was too busy with other things to train her. She shook her head, as if to clear away those thoughts, and smiled. "How are you doing?" she asked the apprentice, wanting to surpass the awkward moment that was suddenly forming.

Oddpaw struted in the den, to scent Diamondpaw. "Diamondpaw! Diamondpaw!~" She sung, and put a paw on her shoulder. "How are you today!" Then the apprentince tilted her head over to the other scent. "And..You must be..Stormpaw! Yes, Stormpaw!" Her head turned back to Diamondpaw, and let out another huge smile.[/color]

"Oddpaw! It's good to see you again!" Diamondpaw exclaimed, happy to see her friend again. I haven't seen you in forever. "Are yor eyes okay from the battle? I heard that they got...scratched," she asked, worry filling her voice. I hope she's alright, and she can still necome a warrior.
