{ THE SKY IS OVER } Blazepaw jolted awake, panting and sweating. He couldn't remember what he had been dreaming of, pieces of the terrifying images drifting away. He could feel bits of moss clinging to his orange and white tabby fur. He must of teared his bedding to pieces. The tabby clenched his teeth, "A cat my age, having nightmares as if he's still a kit!" Yawning, he stood up, pieces of his nest dropping to the floor of the den. He stretched, not bothering to groom his fur or pick out the remaining moss. I'll clean up later. He decided with a small grin and playful eyes dancing on his face. The tom was already back into his usual happy mood. Blaze paw was a bit mischievous today, or maybe more than a bit. |

The bright sky gleamed and glowed putside of the apprentices' den. Sunlight leaked through the rocks, and shone on Diamondpaw's eyes. She groaned and rolled over, her mind still lost in sleep. The persistant sunlight, however, would not let her continue to let her stay lost in her dreams. Sighing softly, Diamondpaw rose from her nest. She shook her pelt to let the scraps of moss out of her fur, and licked out the rest. Feeling bored, she decided to go make some friends. "Hello," she greeted a grinning tom. Now...I'm pretty sure I met him right after the battle...what was his name? Oh, right, Blazepaw!

(Sorry for the wait, my aunts bf is doing college work on the computer. He just got of jail sooo... But he's only taking a break so ill be a bit short and it might take a while to reply. Im sorry about that x.x)
The tom jumped a bit, he was still getting se to the random greetings from other cats. Blazepaw rolled his eyes at his habit, the tom turned his gaze to the cat. " 'Ello there," Blazepaw greeted with a flick of his fluffy white tail. He never seen the cat before, at least he thinks so. It's kinda hard to remember all these faces. "I'm Blazepaw, who might you be?" The apprentice asked with pricked ears and a curious, blue gaze.

"Hi Blazepaw, I'm Diamondpaw," she answered, smiling. The sun was beating down onto her snowy pelt, and her warm bown eyes glittered in the bright light it was casting. She blinked, finding it hard to see. "So, Blazepaw," she began, a question forming in her mind. "How are you doing?"

The tom was known to usually speak what was on his mind. So Blazepaw has no problem of telling the she-cat how he is doing. "I haven't seen my friend in a while" he said absently as he turned to rake his gaze over the she-cat. Blazepaw padded foward, not knowing about personal space. He had a rather goofy grin on his face "It's nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too," Diamondpaw politely replied, wondering what the tom cat was doing. Do I have to ask all the questions? Oh, well. Better do it before he starts doing something awkward. "So, Blazepaw," Diamondpaw redundantly began to say, getting a feeling of deja vu. "How long have you been an apprentice?"

The tom backed up with his face returning to normal. His gaze shifted to the side "I dunno really," Blazepaw thought for a moment "May I ask what a Diamond is?" his words were slow and carefully thought. Sometimes these clan cats use some words he don't know.

How does he not know what a diamond is? All clan cats do. "A diamond is a rock that can usually be found at the bottom of rivers, under many larger and heavier rocks. But they are very rare, and I'm not entirely sure if anyone today in this clan has seen one. But, they've been passed down through stories and all," Diamondpaw told him. She started to realize something. "You know, I don't recall ever knowing a Blazekit around here. How long ago did you become an apprentice?"

"Thats' rather interesting!" he said with an excited tone. Then her other words slipped out. The tom froze and felt his face grow a bit hot. "I was never Blazekit," Blazepaw inhaled and continued "I was Tenjiro." With a exhale, he knew there would be more questions to come his way.
