Stormy night(Stormpaw)

[Silverstripe]

Silverpaw had talked to Dapplepaw and she had said talk to Stormpaw again, and thats what she was going to do. Silverpaw had been out on a walk when a big storm broke out, she dashed into the camp and went under a rock. She was panting after her run should i talk to him he said he had chose....He means that much! i nod he does he does he does! i thought i love him! And thats what matters. A lighting bolt shot across the sky, she shivered she as freezing she wished Stormpaw was here, the Stormpaw who had liked her she missed his loving eyes. She sighed would he ever take her back? He said he would wait forever! I wanted to cry again but i held back the tears, my heart felt like it would break in two. Why didn't he wait?" Why couldn't he wait? Why did he have to leave? Why couldn't he be here right now forever and always?

Stormpaw jumped up as lightening shot across the once blue sky. Storm. Nobody should be out here when it's like this! He looked around and spotted a silver cat under the protection of a rock. He sighed and rushed over to the cat, he couldn't see who it was yet because of the pouring rain that was pounding down on him. In only seconds he was soaked. What happened to that pretty blue sky? Stormy finally approached the cat, the rock covered them both. "Come on!" He yelled, his voice striving to be louder than the storm. Then he realized he knew the cat in front of him! "Silver!" His voice was drouned out by thunder. He moved closer to her and wrapped his grayish tan tail around her. "I hope the storm ends soon." He whispered in her ear.
"What's the matter?" He asked her, "You look... upset." Stormpaw could probably guess why she was upset, but he didn't want to discuss it here.

I sighed "I think you could guess" i tell him looking into his stormy eyes. Her heart was filled with pain, i mean she was still that happy jumpy cat just she really missed him. "What are you doing out here"? i ask him as i start shivering, i felt so cold but some reason i couldn't leave. I sneezed as the rain poured on so more. "I'v wanted to ask you something...." i tell him guessing it was to late, that he wouldn't care any longer about her besides being friends. I had made a mistake not choosing him right away i was dumb flat out dumb. Another lighting bolt shot across the sky and i closed my eyes sneezing again.

"What is it?" Stormpaw asked her, "First Silver... Listen." He meowed, "I thought we should be friends, the best friends we used to know, who played those games, always had each other's backs...." He trailed off and looked her in those blue eyes. "So what did you want to say?" He asked. They could tell each other anything!

[Silverstripe]

I sighed once again feeling that pain in my heart. "You already answered what i was going to say" Silverpaw went back to the day they had became friends, really she had always liked him he just never knew it. She was to shy to say it, no matter how jumpy and outgoing she was she just couldn't say it. Tears started to stream down her face slowly, one at a time. She hoped he didn't notice and just think it was rain. The pain became so much it almost felt hard to breath, but she just ignored it. Theres nothing i can do know if thats what he wants than thats what he wants. I looked into his eyes the storm reflecting off of them i turned my head looking away.

[Stormflash]

"Oh Silver, don't...." He pressed himself up against her, "I cried too." He whispered in her ear. He wrapped his tail around her. "It's okay Silver..."

[Silverstripe]

"You know i will always have feelings for you right?" i tell him, she couldn't help crying he was everything to her she wanted him to take her back. "I understand you like someone else i can't do anything about that, i hope you are happy with her..." my voice trailed off as a sharp pain hit me as i said those words. "I guess where not meant to be and i hope you find that someone" i tell him giving up all hope of him ever taking me back. He has chosen and thats the important part

[Stormflash]

"Silver... I still have very strong feelings for you, it's just...." He sighed, "I want us to stay Best Friends. A relationship would totally ruin that!" He meowed, tears gathering in his own eyes. "Silver... Will you forgive me for doing this?" He asked, his eyes trying to search hers.

[Silverstripe]

I looked into his "I...I.." i sighed "Of course i will" i tell him i couldn't stay mad at you. "Whats her name?" i asked him looking into his eyes "the other girl" i say pain in my eyes I had lost Stormpaw, and probably Dustpaw too. maybe Dustpaw will talk to me i haven't seen him in a while i shake my head to clear my thoughts.

[Stormflash]

Stormpaw sighed, "I c-can't tell you." He meowed. "But I will tell you, very soon. I promise." He murmured. He tore his eyes away, "Silverpaw, you're a great friend."

[Silverstripe]

I put my head on his shoulder "Your a great friend too and i understand your just trying to keep that, and i understand that you don't want to tell me" i tell him smiling "I just need some time to get happier to forget that anything ever happened" Silverpaw already felt a little better but she would always miss him.

[Stormflash]

"Okay, I won't bother you for awhile. So you can get used this." He meowed with a sad smile. Then padded away towards the apprentice den, he looked back once more at Silver then disappeared inside the entrance.

I watched him leave, I followed after awhile going into the apprentices den. I curled up in my nest which was right next to Stormpaw's. It felt warm in the den way better than outside but i didn't fall sleep for awhile.
