Stranger (o)

[Stormflash]

Stormpaw padded through the entrance to the Camp with his chin held high. In his jaws he carried a sparrow. A nice fat one too! He thought as he laid it on the top of the Prey-pile. He looked around the Camp for a moment before trotting into the apprentices den. Stormpaw loved his Clan! But... These past few days he felt like he was a stranger among the other cats... Especially the apprentices. Sighing, he walked over to his nest and laid down in it. Feeling much like the fresh-kill he had laid on top of the Prey-pile.

[Flameheart]

Flamepaw limped into the apprentice den with her crippled leg being elevated slightly behind her. She limped over to her nest and plopped down in it. She had just finished her assessment and she was so tired from it too. She spotted another apprentice in the den too. She didn't know this tom."Hello there, I'm Flamepaw," she meowed licking her paw and rubbing it over her head.

[Silverstripe]

Silverpaw saw her best friend and her ex-crush but she had put that behind her. She padded over like nothing had happened "Hey Stormpaw" than i see Flamepaw "Oh hey Flamepaw i didn't see you there is your leg feeling better, and Stormpaw its been awhile what have you been doing?" i asked them talking fast trying to get everything she wanted to say out. I was smiling again like my old self and me and Stormpaw i hoped where back to normal like nothing had ever happened between them. She may not have any crush right now but thats not what matter the most it was friends, clan, family all that sorts of stuff.

[Flameheart]

Flameheart looked at Silverpaw. This tom was Stormpaw. She understood her uneasiness. She would pretend that she didn't know anything."So you are stormpaw, ok I'll remember that name," she meowed sweetly.

[Stormflash]

"Hey Silver!" He looked over at Flameheart. Stormpaw knew she knew. He looked at Silver then at Flameheart. He smiled at Flameheart, "It's okay, I know you know." He meowed softly. He looked away for a moment. Stormy wasn't bad, Silver and him both wanted the same in the end. To be the best friends they used to be. Or did Silver still want to be something more? He glanced at her, she was almost always cheerful and happy. That was a good thing about her. He sighed, the memories were painful now.

[Flameheart]

"Sorry I forgot," she meowed. She could sense a little tenseion going on and it was a little awkward being there in the middle of them two.
(Lazy)

[Silverstripe]

I smiled and laid down "So what are we doing?" I asked them looking back and fourth between them. Why is everyone acting all awkward? I thought but ignored it. I smile at them waiting for a answer, Me and Stormpaw are best friends nothing more, he said so himself so why are we acting so awkward? I wondered.

[Stormflash]

Stormpaw looked over at Silver. He knew her very well, and right now she didn't get it. Why doesn't she get it!? He thought, She should. He looked over at Flameheart and then to Silverpaw, "Um.. I don't know." He replied to Silver's question. Then, "Is anyone hungry?"

[Silverstripe]

I nod "I'll go get us some fresh-kill" i say trying to get out of the awkwardness he doesn't get it does he? We supposed to be acting like nothing has happened and he's acting all weird. i pick a mouse for everybody and bring it back "Here you go" i say laying back down, my smile seemed to be off my fave.

[Stormflash]

Stormpaw smiled, "Thanks Silver." He took a bite. "So are you guys part of the battle?" He asked, looking from Flameheart to Silverpaw. He hoped they were, he probably wouldn't be able to do it without at least one of them. A battle wasn't a good thing, lots of cats got hurt and some even die. Will I? He thought, his eyes grew wide, what if he did! Was it wrong to sign up for the battle? It took him a moment to come back to his senses. You won't die! You know some good battle and defense moves, small, skinny FireClanners don't stand a chance against strong broad-shouldered RockClanners! He told himself.

Silverpaw nodded "Yep wave two" i tell him "Its my first one" i tell him feeling excitement and fear at the same time. Fireclan is sensible enough to follow the warrior code aren't they you never know with them they have bees for brains! They stole poor innocent kits! I thought. I turned to Flamepaw i knew she was in the battle.

[Stormflash]

Stormpaw turned to Flameheart. "Oh, yeah, your in the battle! I remember seeing there when Dawnmist asked if anyone wanted to sign up." He smiled. "Wave one." He purred, "Now you'll be famous and you'll ditch us for the other famous kitties." He meowed, playfulness in his meow. "While I'm stuck with Wave Three." He did his best sad/depressed face.

Flameheart nodded her head."I'm not too excited. My last battle I was a kit and almost got captured that's how I got this scar," she meowed revealing the scar on her chest going all the way down her belly. She sat back up."Wave 3 isn't that bad as long as you kid some Fireclan butt everyone will praise yopu," she meowed."Same with Wave 2," she meowed looking at Silverpaw.

I breath in "i hope i fight good specially since i haven't had much battle training" i told them. I looked at her scar again i had seen it once before and it wasn't that long ago, "Good luck with being in the first wave" i tell her "you could of sighed up on the last one or at least not the first one" i tel her smiling "your so brave"

[Flameheart]

"I was just thinking about how nice it will be to sink my teeth into the Fireclan apprentice that almost killed me. his name was Frostpaw. He's probably a warrior now," she meowed picturing the white tom slashing her belly open while she got away.
