The figure of the ginger apprentice could be seen entering the apprentice den. In the past several moons, he spent most of the time out in the territory. Hunting for the most part. Getting to know just about everything that he could.
As he slid into the den, Burningpaw looked around. There where many sleeping apprentices. He didn't want to wake any of them. But maybe he would, if something happened. Like him falling on his face and making a thud. That was exactly what he did.

Fox-dung! Burningpaw cursed to himself as he noticed the waking grey tabby. Waking another apprentice was the last thing that he wanted to do. Because some cats could get very angry and snapping if they got woken up. Burningpaw really didn't want to be snapped and growled at. "Sorry for waking you," Burningpaw said as he stood back up with a sheepish grin on his face.

A flood of relief washed over Burningpaw on hearing Willowpaw's reply. He was sk glad that she was not one if those cats that got angry when they where awoken from a slumber. Hopefully, none of the other cats would awaken that where one of those that did get angery. "I'm so glad you didn't snap," he mewed.

Burningpaw looked at Willowpaw with a seriousness in his amber and brown eyes. He knew that some cats could be like that. He was just glad that Willowpaw was not. "Some cats are just like that," he mewed to her. Burningpaw was not like that, but he did not know Willowpaw enough to say she would not.
