"Hello." Stormpaw padded out from the shadows of the den, his green eyes shining. He looked at Dustpaw, the black tom who liked his Best Friend. Stormpaw didn't care, she could like anyone she wanted. If her choice was Dustpaw, then he would be friends with Dustpaw. He wanted to know Dustpaw better, and this was the perfect opportunity.

Yes, it is strange to see a warrior in the Apprentices' Den, but I was there to check on my apprentices and my youngest brother, Stormpaw. "Storm? Olive, Thistle, Blue?" I called with my soft voice. My blue eyes blinked in confusion. Then, I spotted Stormpaw's pelt. "Storm! There you are! I was wondering if you -." I stopped staring at the black tom with Stormpaw. "Oh, hello, there!" I purred. "My name is Cloudbreeze. I am just here to see in my apprentices are awake." I meowed, bowing my head.
"I should go, shouldn't I?" I asked, glancing to the den's entrance. "I'm sorry for intruding." I flattened my ears in embarrassment, giving a weak smile.

[Hey, Cloudy, did you see my GINORMOUS post in Sunny's 'group' thread?!?!?!?! I spent like an hour on it! (And no one's replied.) It was 751 words! -doeshappydance-] My long tail flicked idly in the dust as I gulped down a mouse, practically inhaling the small rodent. I watched curiously as Cloudy entered the apprentices' den. For a brief moment, I wondering why a warrior was going in the apprentices' den, then I remembered that she would probably have apprentices by now; it was about tim to start training. I smirked bitterly, my upper lip curled angrily. I wish I was a warrior. With some effort, I wiped the jealous grimace off my pretty face and replaced it with a faltering smile. "Hey, Cloudy," I murmured, padding silently over to the pretty she-cat. I nodded at Dust and Storm; I knew Dusty, and I thought I had met Storm, when he was a kit. I sat down, my almost see-through gray eyes narrowed with the concentration of "playing nice." |

Stormpaw smiled, "Hey Cloudy!" He ran up to his big sister. Then looked over at another cat... Lilypaw. "Hi Lilypaw." He meowed, his eyes shining. "I haven't seen you in awhile!" He blinked, why would Lilypaw know Cloudy? Then he remembered that they were part of one of the 'Groups.' He knew Sunmist, but couldn't remember if he had met any of the others.... Did he meet Gingerstorm? He couldn't remember. But he did know all their names.
(Hey why would I reply to that? It was SUPER long Lil!)
