Cats don't speak Dog. Cats also don't speak Wolf. Or Badger. Or Bird. Or any other creature's language.
I guess half the people on this site didn't know that. Hm... How strange... I guess you all had the wrong idea in your heads.
Want to know what a cat does in reaction to wolves? Hm.. Lemme SHOW you!
The white warrior opened her mouth a bit and sniffed the air, her fur stood on end as she turned to face the source of the scnet, the wolf. She hissed and snarled at the creature and decided not to speak for wolves didn't understand their language anyways. She approached the white creature and lashed her tail furiously. She seemed to grow with her anger, her fur rising and falling in waves, her tail cracking the air.
OMG
DID YOU KNOW THERE WAS NO NEED FOR SPEECH?! EXCEPT FOR MAYBE A BIT OF MUTTERING UNDER YOU BREATH?!!?!?!??

I SAW THEM TALKING! i swear that i really really did!!!! there was a wolf in my yard and my cats was talking to it!!!!!!! if you don't beleive me you ca even ask my mom and dad.

I agree! Other animals shouldn't be able to talk to cats, or any other animal! It doesn't happen!
