Spiritbreeze awoke from her coma after a day or two. She felt her shooting pains in her throat and the bruises on her right side from where he rammed her. She ws laying on her left side and was having a hard time breathing. She scanned the den for Brightflame or anyone else. She decided to call for Brightflame or her mate Cloudspirit. She opened her mouth and tried to call for them, but no sound came out. She flattened her ears out of confusion and tried again but nothing. She started to panic so she sat up and kept trying and trying but no sound except for her soft breathing. She decided to just howl, because now she couldn't speak and this was a bad thing.

I rush into the den from where I had been in camp. Seeing you laying there, I sniff around you, "What happened?" I ask, not knowing you can't speak.

Spiritbreeze saw Brightflame with tears running down her face. She lifted her head slightly to show the cut on her throat. As he lifted her head powerful shock waves of pain went up and down her throat. Then she showed him her bruised side. She didn't know what else to do since she couldn't talk now.

Cloudspirit saw his mate. She was hurt! "Wh-What happened?!?" he rushed to her side

Spiritbreeze saw Cloudspirit come running in the den. She put one of her paws on her throat and rubbing it a little to show that she couldn't talk anymore. She showed him the cut on her throat and her bruised side. She felt more tears coming for she didn't know what to do at all.

Spiritbreeze thought for a moment. How would she tell him. She thought of something. Skypaw, she mouthed to him hopinghe understood her.

His claws slid into the ground. Skypaw! He would be sorry. "Ill be back." he mewed walking away

Spiritbreeze widened her eyes. She knew what was wrong with Skypaw and that is not what he needed was to be attacked, but she knew when Cloudspirit got something in his head he would do it.

Spiritbreeze, if Skypaw clawed you to where your vocalcords shreaded you would be DEAD. I thought somebody told you this already.

OOC: I made this thread before they told me that. So I'm to lazy to edit the posts. what I came up with is that how Skypaw had provoked her and kept being so mean that she was devasted from that so her brain is sort of refusing for her to speak but she doesn't know that. I have heard of cases like this before, so it can happen.
