Morningpaw was on her way to the Elder's den with a squirrel she had caught while hunting. Her golden pelt was glimmering in the afternoon sunlight as she approached the Elder's den. She had heard nursery tails about how cranky they could be. She hoped it wasn't true. She slowly walked into the Elder's den a little frightened. "H-hello?", She said trying to keep calm. "I-i've brought you a squirrel.", She said quietly.

Redstorm looked at Morningpaw's squirrel. "I question why everyone stutters when they speak to me. I don't bite..Usually.." He muttered, sniffing at the lovely meal. "Thank you fot he meal...Wait, I don't believe you said your name. No matter, thank you young apprentice." He grabbed the squirrel and began to nomnomnom on it a few tail lengths away.

"Oh, i'm Morningpaw.", She said shyly. "This is my first day of being an apprentice, so i'm new to this.", Morningpaw said feeling a little better. "My mentor is Cloudspirit, I don't know if your familiar with him.", She said.

"Yes, yes, I know your mentor. He's..An interesting warrior, if anything." He mumbled curtly, taking another bite out of his little meal.
"Do you enjoy your training so far, Morningpaw?" Ew small talk, he always had been bad at it.
