Thistlepaw got up after her, kind of annoyed that he wasn't a warrior yet. It seemed stupid to only be able to go on a harmless walk with a warrior. Oh well, hopefully Cinderstorm would finish his training sometime soon. He started walking towards the entrance and glanced back at Little. "Coming?"

"Yeah I'm coming," she meowed following him out of the den and towards the camp entrance. She looked around at the camp as it was busy as usual. She wondered how Oakfall was lately. Was he better she didn't know.

Littleleaf seemed to be thinking about something. Thistlepaw shrugged, then ran out of camp. The crisp air of the mountains filled his senses, and he took a deep breath. It was great to be out here.

Thistlepaw stopped, and waited for Littleleaf to catch up. "Don't be too slow", he teased playfully.

Littleleaf smiled."Don't be so fast," she purred jokingly. She rubbed against him and then started running towards the river.

Thistlepaw ran after her, trying to catch up. At last he reached the river. He glanced down at it, and realized it was a shiny, clear surface that he was looking at. "Hey, Little, look at this! The river's frozen over."

"Darn it. No fishing for us," she meowed with a sigh and a shrug. She curled her tail over her paws gently and sighed again.
