Coralpaw sat in the apprentices' den by herslef. She had no friends here.
I hate the apprentice's den! Why can't I just be a kit still? I'm small enough to be one!

Coralpaw wasn't quite alone. A gray, black and white bundle of fur was wrapped up in her nest sleeping. Her dreams was over though, and it was time for her to wake up. Snakepaw stretched her legs and spine.
She noticed another she-cat, a smaller one. She didn't look to happy.
"Are you not happy with being an apprentice either?" She asked, flopping back down next to her. |
