Stripedpaw bounced happily into the apprentice's den, smiling proudly. He couldn't hide his excitement, there was no possible way. He looked around the den for the first time, slightly disappointed... It was a little empty, and the nests were all ratty. He would have to make himself a new one.
So he did. He left, and grabbed a ton of moss. He balled it up, the made a large indentation in the middle for him to lay in. Then, he ran back out, to the prey pile, and grabbed a swallow. He picked the feather off, and then ate it. He sat the feathers randomly in the nest, smiling at how comfortable it looked. Then, he sat in it, and smiled at his cleverness. Now, to meet apprentices!
He sat in silence, a warm jittery feeling rushing through him, and his tail twitching. |

The new apprentice had just made his new nest, and made it comfy. He spotted Striprs and scooted his nest next to his best buds. Stripes! I can't believe we're apprentice! he purred happily. Whose you mentor? And have you seen Sky-la? he blurted out, wAnting them all together.

"STRIIIIIIIIIIIIIPES~" a she-cat called on the outside of the den. "FEEEEEEERRRRR~" Skypaw plopped down on her butt and scanned the territory with her blue eyes, looking for the two toms. Where are they? Her nose wiggled when she picked up a familiar scent. It was Stripes' scent! She follow the scent and it lead her into the apprentices' den. Her heart skipped a beat as her eyes landed on her best friend. "Stripes~!" she yowled and attempted to tackle the tom. "We're apprentices now! Isn't this exciting?" Skypaw mewed and covered Stripes with friendly licks. Her head lifted up when she realized that Ferr hadn't arrived yet. She looked down at Stripes and said, "Where's Ferr?"

Stripes jumped into the air off of his back feet, and bro-fisted Ferr, laughing.
"Uh... Cloudwing, I think."
He moved his nest closer to Ferr's, and ran off to build another one for Sky-la, which he did quickly, minus the feathers.
He pulled Sky-la's tail, plopping her down in the nest next to his with a purr. |

Ferr had just finished asking Stripes where Sky-la was when she blinded in, giving him licks all over. He laughed and tapped her on the shoulder. Right here, ya dummie! he purred. Of course he didn't actually mean that, geez.

She shifted her blue gaze onto Ferretpaw and tackled him too. The she-cat couldn't have been happier to see her two best friends. The three became friends together at the same time. Yay~! No one was being left behind. Hopefully, it will be the same when they become warriors. They were just one paw step away from becoming warriors. Skypaw couldn't wait! "Ferr! You're here too. I'm so happy." Skypaw licked him and smiled, for she was very happy that the gang was sticking together. No one was left behind and they were together. That's all that mattered to Skypaw. She was just afraid they would go on without her and forget about her. She would be completely heartbroken if they forgot about her, so she promised she would work very hard so she could become a warrior with them. [/color] |

Ferr purred. Of course! Hey, no-one leaves anyone behind, remember? he asked. He looked between all his buddies, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth…
Ferret paw finally relized, they all had blue eyes! Hey guys! We all have blue eyes. he purred. He had heard of groups, and maybe they could have one. Not like the others though. We could make a group kinda thing. We could be… the Blues! he suggested.

Stripes laughed, and began to purr.
"The Blues... I like it!" he continued purring, and gave Ferr a loving punch on the shoulder, and looked around. Where was everybody? |

Ferr smiled. Yay! We have a name! he purred smiled with a purr. He felt Stripes pinch him and he punched him back. He flicked his tail, noticing that they were the only ones there.

"The Blues... That's so cute~ I love it." Skypaw giggled and smiled at Ferr, giving him some hope that they'll stick with that name. The three seemed to agree on it, so they were officially known as, "The Blues". Skypaw rolled her eyes when the two punched each other in a playful way. Toms will always be toms. Yeah. Where was everybody? They were the only ones there. Skypaw shivered at the thought of all the apprentices going missing and then everyone else vanishes and it's just the three apprentices. It reminded her of this dream she had about three apprentices talking in the apprentices' den. They begin to wonder where everybody was, and they take a look outside. The grass was stained with blood and dead bodies were everywhere. [/color] |

Skypaw jumped when Stripes' voice popped into her head. "N-Nothing! I was just thinking about something. Um... excuse me." She mewed and peeked outside. No dead bodies... Thank Cloudclan. Skypaw sighed with relief and growled when she forgot to tell her two best friends her secret. It wasn't a very dark secret, but it might offend Stripes and Ferr. It just depends on how they handle stuff like her secret. She turned around and walked back over to the two toms. "By the way, I have something to ask you guys. Do you believe in Cloudclan?" Ferr had thought Stripes was talking about himself… oh well! He cocked his head at Sky-las question then thought for a moment. Well… I don't know. I haven't out to much thought in it. You? he asked, his tail flicking, as he wondered what she had been doing when she looked outside.

It was the same question Skypaw asked Ferretpaw a few days ago. And, she received the same answer she got a few days ago from Ferretpaw. He hadn't thought about it since then? Skypaw was serious about it. She had never been serious about something before for a very long time. Her friendship with Ferretpaw and Stripedpaw was at risk! What if they stopped hanging out with her because she didn't believe in Cloudclan? What would she do then? "Um... okay. What about you, Stripes?" [/color] |
