Mintpaw entered the apprentice den. Her black claws dug into the ground as she looked at her surroundings, it didn't seem right. The sent of Breezekit was missing and it nagged at Mintpaw like a tick that wouldn't just give up and let go. With a sly and relatively evil smile across her face Mintpaw decided if she wasn't going to be famous int he clan, she may as well be infamous. It would be easier for her anyways.
All those little apprentices and kit better be careful about what they're wishing for because they might just get it, a cat who will rip out your throat and smile about it. It would be easy for Mintpaw to do, difficult for everyone else to handle.

Blazepaw walked into the apprentices' den, breathing in the sweet scent of teenhood. As he walked in, he noticed a cat he had met before as a kit. Just barely catching that little grin of her's, he broke into conversation. "Hey; Mintpaw, was it? What's going on with the evil smirk, you're not turning into Nettleflight are you?" he purred jokingly, looking for an empty nest and flopping down on it.
Although he couldn't bear any longer for his training to start, he was kinda hesitant on training with Twilightflight, especially if all she was going to do was moon over the drama that she somewhat caused. Taking it easy for the next couple days might not be such a bad thing, especially since he could go out into the territory. Maybe Bel could take him sometime.

Maplepaw stalked into the den behind Blazepaw, still upset that she hadn't gotten a new mentor. Even though it was possible for her to train alone, she would never be able to learn new things. At least she could already hunt well.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of Blazepaw talking. 'Evil grin?' She turned her attention to the grey she-cat standing there with the dumbest look she had seen in a while.
"Oi, what are you trying to be, a fox?" She sneered, settling down in her nest. "Stop looking like a mad cat, and settle down like the rest of us. I'm tired." She muttered, flicking her tail tip.

Blazepaw's eyes widened with interest as another she-cat came in and almost challenged Mintpaw. "Woaah, cat fight." he purred still joking, wondering what would become of his clashing peers.

Yarrowpaw, who's resemblance to Blazepaw was uncanny, walked into the apprentices de with a squirrel dangling from his jaws. He couldn't wait to dig in, he was starving and the smell of warm blood was making his mouth water. When he saw 3 other apprentices he didn't know he weaved around them and sat in the far corner, then began to eat his kill. (sorry im so lazy)

Mintpaw's icy eyes flashed with a memory as she looked at Blazeki- no, it was Blazepaw. "We met sliding on the ice as kits." She reminded the ginger tom her voice was smooth like water yet had an unexplainable raspy addition to it. Her mainly black fur stood up in all angles but her fur was perfectly groomed. Glancing at the she-cat who came in the den after Blazepaw Mintpaw said nothing. Suddenly there was an insult in the air. Blazepaw commented his voice seeming surprised.
"You should really chose you're words with more thought." Purred the black and gray she-cat her icy eyes compelling and haunted. If only Breezekit could become Breezepaw and join her in this wreck, the other apprentices made Mintpaw think of crowfood but imagining there cold dead bodies being picked at by words tugged a smile across her face.
-Don't worry, it'll be fun-

Maplepaw rolled her eyes at Blazepaw's little joke. It was pathetic and immature, kind of like most of the other cats in Treeclan. She didn't say anything, though, considering she was still too focused on Mintpaw. She hadn't even noticed Yarrowpaw entering the den, which should have been extremely obvious.
Finally Mintpaw replied to her own comment. "You should really choose your words with more thought." Ohhh, how scary! This would be a piece of cake.
"Oh, and who is going to stop me, eh? Last time I checked, I can be as sarcastic as I want around here." She growled, sitting back up. "You're nothing special, sweetheart, don't act like you're scary." She was not standing, getting nearly face-to-face with Mintpaw.
This was going to be fun.

Blazepaw was surprised at how serious this older apprentice was, but he couldn't help but find her retort to Mintpaw somewhat amusing.
"Calm down, not everything is about ripping each other's throats out. Save that for a battle with another clan or something," he meowed, and began to groom the fur on his back casually.

Minnowpaw padded towards the den in a carefree stroll, ready to just drop into her nest and relax. Her paws were killing her! But as soon as she took her first step inside ... Minnowpaw could scent the tension in the air and stopped dead in her tracks.
"Umm ... can I come in? Don't want to interupt anything here .." The white apprentice mewed with some humour, but not too much incase these cats beat her up or something.

Mintpaw simply purred. This she-cat thought she had power and authority over me? She thought to herself her eyes brightened as she silently chuckled inside her head. "Sweety." She cooed before gently saying, "Your words have no effect on me nor does your terrible breath though I'm sure Waspwing has some type of leaf that makes your breath taste like mint." Mintpaw's gray tufted ears did not flatted against her head like her pupils did not dilate, she simply gazed at the other apprentice with humorous eyes. Without letting her gaze drop from Maplepaw Mintpaw sweetly said, "Feel free to find your nest and rest your paws Minnowpaw."

(-has to try and think of a typical girl response to that-)
Maplepaw's own ears lowered, although a smirk began to spread. "Really? A bad breath insult? What are you, a kit? You're a pathetic low-life. Do everyone in this den a favor and go sleep with the elders. Your snoring will mix in well with their own." She hissed, lashing her tail. This cat would not get the best of her, nor would Maplepaw bother causing a real fight. Cats this idiotic would eventually die out anyway.

Blazepaw twitched an ear at the little scene. His last attempt at being humorous obviously didn't work for Maplepaw, but she would have to give in to his charm eventually.
Getting up from his nest and shaking out his devastatingly handsome golden-brown fur, he walked in between the two.
"Ladies, ladies! There's enough of the 'Blaze' to go around!" he joked, a purr of laughter rising in his throat.

Mintpaw smiled at the tom as he cut in between the two before she could respond. With a sly smile the she-cat purred and licked Blazepaw's cheek, "I call the bigger piece." She said her icy eyes seductive before she left the den brushing pelts with Blazepaw as she did. Just before she was out of the den she looked at Maplepaw with amused eyes. The she-cat was utterly pathetic.

Blazepaw was pleasantly surprised as he felt Mintpaw lick his cheek. Feeling a purr overcome him, he stared after the pretty black she-cat as she left the den.
Turning to any male apprentices in the den, he flicked his tail towards the entrance. "Dibs." he said bluntly, still holding a grin and plopped back down in his nest.

Mintpaw sat next to the fresh kill pile letting the sweet fresh sent of prey take over her senses. Suddenly she hear rustling and saw a patrol enter camp. It was Twilightflight, Firespark, Lightningfoot, and Skywing. With a sigh the black and dark gray apprentice turned back towards the apprentice den. Entering she watched as Blazepaw sat down in his nest. The she-cats spiky fur stood up in odd angles, her minty blue eyes darted across the den. "Where do I seep?" She asked, she didn't have a nest in the apprentice den yet despite her age.
