Nightflame padded gingerly along the riverbank, her coat covered in a glossy black substance. She pressed her paw into the cold water, then backed away, accidentally slipping on wet leaves. With a yowl, she slipped and fell into the river with a huge splash. Most of the oil that had collected on her fur from the big city was washed downstream, leaving her pelt much more clean than before, though a lot less warm. "I'm going to shred Weaselfur for this," she muttered to herself, shivering as she stood in the cold river, letting it wash away the remains of the oil.
