I Hate This

[Silverblaze]

Silverblaze padded wearily into the den. She was still weak from the journey, and she had gotten sick on the way.
But she decided that with a nice long rest, she would be fine....

(After her rest)

Silverblaze woke up with newfound strength. "I knew it," she whispered. She sat up in her nest and began grooming her fur. The heat outside sent prickles through her, making her fidgety. Her long thick coat was helpful in their old home but here, it just got in the way.
Noticing no one in the den, Silverblaze decided just to sit and think about the journey. It was long and hard, but nothing was too hard for her Clan. She had helped the apprentices and older kits with the journey. They were a curious bunch, and often made it hard for Silverblaze to keep calm.
She shrugged off the memories and walked outside of the den.

[Iceblaze]

Iceblaze greeted her clanmate Silverblaze. "Hello Silverblaze!"

[Silverblaze]

"Hey!" Silverblaze meowed, happy to see a familiar face.

[Arrowstone]

Arrowstone padded toward the Warriors' Den when she noticed a new friend of hers. What was her name? Silverblaze? Yes, that was it. Arrow padded over to her and said, "Hey, Silverblaze! It's Arrow!"

[Silverblaze]

"Hi Arrow!" Silverblaze mowed. She stretched out her legs wishing she was an elder. The heat would only help and elder, after all. "This is killing me."

[Arrowstone]

"What? The heat? Yeah, it's not the best. I miss the cold mountains..." Arrowstone trailed off. She was thinking about where Ice Clan used to be...before it got moved to the Land of the Sun. It must have been as hot as Fire Clan out here! Maybe hotter. She was happy (and lucky) to be kinda short-haired. She felt bad for Silverblaze, though. Silver had long, thick fur.

[Silverblaze]

"I mean, how can we be IceClan in the land of the sun?" Silverblaze questioned. IceClan cats were made for hunting in the rich prey filled snowy mountains. They were a strong and large Clan compared to the others. Here, they were weak as FireClan kits!

[Arrowstone]

Arrowstone shrugged. "I don't know." She was at least happy to be home. Silence followed. After a moment she suggested, "Do y'all wanna play a game or something in the shade?" Arrow knew they were focused on the heat right now. But maybe a game in the shade would help them forget for a while.

[Destinedspirit]

Destinedspirit lifted her head from her nest. She looked at the younger warriors. She scanned them and saw a cat she hadn't seen in a long time. It was Silverblaze."Silverblaze," she meowed with happiness. She got up and padde over to her old friend and liked her ear tip sweetly. She looked at the other cats."Hello I'm sorry to intrude my name is Destinedspirit," she meowed sweetly.

[Silverblaze]

"HI!" Silverblaze exclaimed as Destinedspirit padded over. "Nice to see you too! That sounds great," she meowed, turning to Arrowstone.

[Destinedspirit]

Destinedspirit smiled at her old friend. It's so good to see you too, she meowed with a warm smile.

[Arrowstone]

"Awesome." Arrowstone replied to Silverblaze. Before she padded off into the shade she decided to introduce herself to Destinedspirit. "Hello Destinedspirit. My name is Arrowstone. But most people call me Arrow." She smiled. She liked the friends she was making. It was definitely nice to back in Ice Clan - no matter where they were. Arrowstone stood up. "Destinedspirit, do you wanna come play with us in the shade?" she asked coyly.

[Silverblaze]

"Please!" Silverblaze pleaded to her old friend. "It'll be fun! But be careful," she warned Arrowstone. "The kits now-a-days can sense a game from a mountain away."

[Arrowstone]

Arrowstone chuckled. "Ok, Silver," she responded. "How about truth or dare?" she asked as she made her way toward the shade.

[Silverblaze]

"Why not?" SIlverblaze said as she settled down.
