Whats wrong? I kept my fur of the ground and everything. Galepaw hadn't trained in hunting but she as going to. I learned from Deerpaw. If you bend your legs like this then use your forepaw to push you can pounce and dart forward really good. Galepaw demonstrated and looked at the large squirrel it looked tasty. His eyes shifted towards the rabbit it was a good catch.

Galepaw nodded then saw a bird up in a tree and pointed with his tail towards it.I will scare it towards you then you kill I. Galepaw slid behind the trees then are his way behind the tree the bird was in the let out a yowl.

Shredpaw nodded, and as the bird came over head he leaped up into the air and swatted the bird down. Once it was on the ground he made sure it was dead and called out. It's dead Gale, bury it. He said, and looked for voles. They used to be his favorite but for a cat his size he needed two of them or one and a mouse.

Galepaw took it buried with the squirrel and rabbit. Galepaw looked around he saw a vole sniffing in between the roots of a tree looking for something. Galepaw tried to do Shredpaw's crouch it seemed odd. Galepaw darted forward till he was near it then pulled it closer and bit it. Then padded back and buried it with the other prey.

Shredpaw's crouch may be odd for some, but he was big and needed to have a different kind of crouch. You know you don't have to hunt that way. When your my size that is the most comfortable way. Like this. He spotted a little group of voles. Shredpaw stalked them and landed on them breaking two. A little vole was untouched so he slamed a paw on that one and three were the total. That is just a way I can use my size for my advantage. He said, and burried them too.

Galepaw nodded it was true it would work for Shredpaw's size. We caught a lot wanna go back to camp? Galepaw wanted to show Icepaw what he caught, If she ever gets on!

Galepaw got his prey and followed him back to camp. It was a lot it was hard but he didn't complain.
