Sagefur was walking through camp and she noticed that the fresh-kill pile was running low. She decided to take an apprentice or two out into the territory to hunt some prey. When she walked into the den she called, "Would anyone like to go hunt with me?"

"I'll go with you," Kestrelpaw volunteered. She hadn't seen her friend in a while and she deperately needed the hunting practice.

"I'm not sure where my mentor is to check," Kestrelpaw told her friend. She thought Raggedclaw was still asleep, or busy with his fellow warriors.

"Sure Forestpaw.", replied Sagepaw. She flicked her tail towards both of the apprentices. "Let's go.", she said, padding out of the den. "I got permission from Koisplash to take you hunting, so please don't make me look bad in front of him and follow me closely, no cat left behind."
